Simon came out to clean my sofa today- he was extremely professional and careful and has made a lovely job of bringing it back to its former state. I was on the verge of replacing it but glad we had it cleaned. I will definitely use the company again. Thank you .

Lisa was amazing the carpet hadn't been cleaned for the past 10yrs and there were some harsh black stains that Lisa was able to remove. she was very honest from the beginning not all stains can be removed bit she tried her best and results were seen. thank you for making the carpert look new again.

Fantastic service - prompt response in relation to my enquiry and we arranged for our item to be cleaned the following day. Simon was on time and did a fantastic, thorough job on our sofa. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and lovely. Reasonable price too compared to other quotes we received. We would definitely recommend!

Simon was amazing. Such a pleasure to meet such a lovely gentleman. I had a flood in my shop and he came right away and made the carpet look as good as new and took the smell away. Would highly recommend him and the company!!

Just had my ground floor carpets cleaned by Lisa. She's done an amazing job, friendly very professional and a great eye for detail. Nothing was too much trouble. I thought the whole process was good value for money. I will book Zerorez to do do the upstairs soon.

Great customer service & delighted with the overall result, the chairs look almost new. Lisa was fantastic, she worked really hard to get some stubborn stains out. It was easy to book & I appreciated the updates on arrival time. I would recommend!
