Enterprise Car Hire - Gatwick Airport
I was on a business trip two weeks ago and hired a car from Enterprise London Gatwick. The service from Siva when I picked up the car was great, he explained everything very clearly and made it clear that if I had any questions or queries during the rental I should not hesitate to call him.When returning the car, Neil's attention and kindness was great, I was in a hurry and he helped me a lot to not take up so much time while checking that the car was ok.I will definitely rent from this company again.

We've rented a car for a week and had a very nice experience. Joao at the counter was really nice, helpful and was patient when answering my questions. He was also very transparent regarding the cost. As we all now the showdown of a car rental happens when you bring back the car. But here again we had a pleasant experience. Liam controlled the car thoroughly but in a friendly manner. He also was not rushing us out of the car and explained the final invoice to us. I have to say I was positively surprised by the whole experience with enterprise in Gatwick and would rent from them again. Thanks!

It was a pleasant experience with Cian at the counter, the upgrade to a branded vehicle was great. The vehicle is super clean, safety belt buckled in and a leaflet is available.Jess at the return point was very understanding. This is the best experience I had with enterprise in Europe, no force selling insurance, no additional invoice and deposit returned within 3 days.

Good place to stay, close to the Heathrow terminal T2 & T3. And their is a direct bus which will cost you GBP 1.20 or use hoppa bus for airport transportation @ GBP 6.80

Great service. Returned car to North Terminal, very straightforward and professional. Refund returned promptly. Luggage trolleys there (you need a pound coin) and only a 3 minute walk to terminal. Perfect! Thanks

Had a great experience at Enterprise LGW recently. Nova at the front desk was just wonderful. She streamlined all the paperwork and also upgraded my vehicle, a lovely bonus as was having a bit of a trying morning. Car was as expected; clean, easy to drive, comfortable. Thanks again Nova, and too all the Enterprise staff I spoke to, you were all helpful, friendly and accommodating. It's not the first time I've used Enterprise, and it won't be the last

Another helpful, friendly and professional Team from Enterprise! This seems to be the case with pretty much all their offices I've encountered, and Gatwick was no exception. Ahmed on the desk was friendly and helpful and didn't rush me. When I was collecting the car Neil was great, plenty of info and again, didn't rush me. Then Ty on drop off nice and simple and friendly and chatty. As I've said here and at Birmingham Airport, Enterprise must really look after their staff and/or employ only the best. Car was fab but staff better. Always professional but approachable.

The worst experience ever! I rent a car and all was good. But couple of weeks later Enterprise took from my account 40 Euros then couple days later 40 Euros more. They didn't sent me a letter with explanation or anything like that – just took money from my account. I spent a lot of time of writing to them to figure out what happened – and then I find out that I got a fine for traffic violation. I paid a fine, but Enterprise refused to give me my money back. They took twice more then amount of the fine. Looks like a scam to me. Will never use their services again.

Absolutely great service from Enterprise from booking to returning the car. The staff at Gatwick were suberb in every way - shout out to Saif at reception and Josh and Ahmed at the car centre, everyone one of them was professional and extremely helpful - a pleasure to deal with. As for the car it was spotless and perfect for our needs. The booking, collection and returning all worked out 100% and will definitely use Enterprise the next time I need a car at Gatwick.
