Uber Boat by Thames Clippers
After we arrived 15 minutes early for our prereserved spots, we waited over an hour as boat after boat went past, while two attendants yelled at us and were unable to manage cutting in the line. No communication other than yelling. Would not recommend at all. Better views and service on the city busses, which we have quite enjoyed. Likewise, walking to Greenwich from the London Eye would have probably been faster and more scenic, without being berated by irritated and rude staff.

One of the best ways to travel in London and you get the best views too! I really recommend the RB1 root from Waterloo to Greenwich

Jumped on the Uber Boat to North Greenwich on Sunday, such a fun way to get around town. A ticket for two adults was circa £18.00.Definitely worth doing on a sunny day.

Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of the boarding staff at the London eye pier. Staff member not only ignored us but showed blatant discrimination towards my child when they were approached you to ask a question, not only did you upset him and make him question what he did wrong which was nothing, he was polite to you. You either need retraining or removing from that job. Absolutely ruined what was a good day.

London eye to Greenwich, loved it.Great way to see London from the river. Just over £3 if you tap in, great value, coffee on board wasn’t bad either.

Attempted to take an Uber Boat from London Bridge to Westminster Bridge going west. The boat was running 40 minutes late. Boarding was chaotic when the boat finally arrived, and there were no seats available. The boat was extremely loud and stank of diesel fuel. You couldn't see anything due to the crowds. Instead of taking us to Westminster, we were forced to get off at Embankment, walk down to the Westminster Bridge and then walk across the bridge. Never again. Better and cheaper to take the tube.

Frustrating that I waited until the 3rd boat, 1 hour queuing and then I was only 1 of 2 allowed on. People behind were annoyed to say the least. Once travelling, best way to see London in my opinion. Come on Uber, get your act together!
