I want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff from the receptionists to the GP's for all of their care and compassion received throughout the pandemic until now. My whole family including my two younger boys have received outstanding care from all the GPs. We have all had referrals when required, and I love the online consultations for minor issues. I feel very reassured to have such wonderful and compassionate GPs look after myself and my family. Thank you Monkseaton Medical Centre.

Appalling service today. Waited well over an hour for a baby potentially with chicken pox to be told 'well it could be but couldn't be'. Every appointment has had over an hour wait time. We have only been using this surgery for 16 months. Moving doctors next week - the staff are rude. Disgusting surgery

Very poor service from the reception and admin staff. They could do with some training in basic politeness and manners.When you are in need of the services of the doctor it is difficult to speak with anyone. Constantly engaged and with crackly phone lines. Often after waiting on hold the reception staff can't hear you once they answer.We have been messed around with changing our childrens appointments at short notice. I had a scan at the hospital and all the results are missing, hospital are saying the results have been sent but the surgery staff are highly reluctant to investigate the whereabouts.Overall it is a bit of a shambles.

Fantastic surgery with amazing staff. Had my Covid booster today. The clinic ran like clockwork. Well done to all involved. Sorry I didn't get the staff names today, but I did tell them I'd be leaving a good review. I'm very grateful for all you do.

Absolute nightmare to even get an appointment to see a doctor. When I finally got one today the attitude of the doctor was a disgrace. She didn’t want listen to anything I said and clearly didn’t care or want to be there. It’s about time these doctors got back to work and started seeing patients face to face again. These doctors are coming across as being very lazy.

Phoned for a doctors appointment on the 11th and 15th of September. Failed to get past the receptionist. An awful experience. Still trying to resolve pain issues.

Absolutely shocked and appalled by the service today. Cancelling my appointment after a two week wait for a much needed injection less than 2 hours before the appointment. I'm sure the fact that the nurse had left the practice was known before 1 o clock in the afternoon. As someone that doesn't frequent the gp that often it would have been nice to have felt that the surgery would support my medical needs. I only have to wait another week and a half. Merry Christmas to you all. I will be spending mine on my knees.

Trying to get passed the “appointment prevention line” is impossible. The reception manager and staff have been trained by the gestapo and should work for the Border Force as they won’t let anyone in. They rely on patients using online or electronic systems that don’t work and when you try and complain they cut you off. The Doctors are ok but must be twiddling their thumbs because it’s impossible to see one. Find another GP practice this one is awful to deal with.

After being discharged from Northumbria Hospital my GP was very diligent in ensuring I was fully investigated for my symptoms. I am happy to say that after a referral to neurology I have had the correct diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.

Had a short wait on the phone and was then offered a telephone consultation with a doctor for 15 minutes later. The doctor did call back in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service.
