I have used the services of Molly Maid for the last three or four years.They always turn up when they say they will. The girls are pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.A bit expensive but I don’tMind paying for the good service and to know my stuff is fully insured should an accident happen.I like the same two cleaners coming each time as you get to know them and build up a good relationship.Jacqueline Ledder

I have been using Molly Maid for a couple of months and have found them to be professional, reliable and thorough. The house always smells lovely after they have finished and I really look forward to cleaning day.

Simone and her team provided an excellent service all round and we are only leaving due to a change in our circumstances. The cleaning team were usually high quality and reliable but what I also found great was Simones ability to take feedback both good and not so good - negatives usually around timeslots as I have been a very fussy home worker! Any problems were rectified quickly so have to give 5 star. Recommend.

We have used the Molly maids cleaning service for at least 20 years. They are fantastic in every way I could trust those girls with my life they are friends they are dependable, loyal sensible, trustworthy honest, have a sense of humour and they have put up with so much mess from our house. It is unbelievable I don’t know how I could’ve survived living in this big house without those girls they are always kind always supportive and when our kids were teenagers, they never ever said anything negative about the disgusting state in which our kids left their bedrooms and believe me they were disgusting. I could not be happier and I thank you very much indeed.

My elderly mother has used Molly Maids for several years now, and finds them consistently excellent - polite, efficient, professional and caring. I have dealt with the administrative side of her dealings, billing etc, and have found the office to be communicative, friendly and efficient. A good company, heartily recommended.

I have never had any problems with Molly Maid. Their staff are invariably helpful and pleasant, their management are easy to contact and are responsive, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The cleaning team show up reliably, are friendly and helpful and are very hard working. If ever there will be a change of days, e.g. for public holidays, we are always contacted about it in advance. It is easy to change or cancel if necessary, e.g when on holiday or when we have visitors.Molly Maid have been keeping our house nice and clean for many years. I have recommended them to friends.
