Fantastic customer service with all aspects of the move. Amanda couldn't have been more helpful and understanding with the moving date that kept changing. The removal team were extremely polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble.The company works as a well organized team with excellent customer service, fully recommended.

Palmer & Sons were great from start to finish. All the team were very helpful throughout the whole moving experience.Special thanks to Matt and Luke who made this stress free, we could not have done this without their hardwork. Booked a survey, and was told that the quote would emailed to me by Friday. Received nothing, phoned on Tuesday. Was told quote would be emailed that day. Received nothing; phoned again that afternoon, and was reluctantly told that they were unable to help, and that Palmers Removals is actually closing down. Strange and unprofessional behaviour on their part.

This team were professional from start to finish. The quoting and booking process was excellent, with the team providing quotes from video tours. The booking process was good, as they were flexible in trying to accommodate our date.The team on the day were lovely and efficient and I honestly do not know how we would have coped without them.I cannot fault the communication, service or price at all.Thank you for making a very hard and stressful, that much more manageable.I'd recommend this company for home removals, any day.

Palmer and Sons Removals were fantastic when we sold our house. Fair removal and storage price and a great service from the initial meeting to completion. All our belongings were taken in to storage from our old property as our new house was delayed. Everything was kept clean & safe, all the team were very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone moving house!

If I could give this team more stars, I would. Had a misunderstanding which lead to the move being larger (and therefore more time consuming) than the team prepared for. They handled it with incredible grace, getting more team members as soon as they could, as well as a bigger van. They didn't complain or moan - they did it all with smiles and a fantastically positive attitude. I would definitely recommend Palmer and Sons to anyone looking for a removal company. They're polite, extremely helpful, friendly, and obviously take enormous pride in their work. Simply fantastic service and really helped us out. They went above and beyond. Huge thanks to Rich and the team - especially those who stayed to make sure we had everything in. Plus they even took our sofas to store for us when we couldn't get the windows out in time. I can't say enough positive things about this company!

Been a bit of a rollercoaster selling and buying. The builder being forced to use his long stop date towards the end. Amanda was wonderful arranging storage and and the logistics. Richard and the guys were lovely and worked so hard moving everything out. The final thing to be loaded up was my husband's yellow duster. Next chapter will be the new house in Hornsea

Palmer & Sons made our move from Leicestershire to North Lincolnshire so smooth and stress free. From efficiently packing our house the day before the move, to collecting a few last bits on the day of the move, to finally delivering our things with care and attention. Luke and Matt were personable and professional throughout the entire process - a credit to the company. I could not recommend Palmer & Sons more highly!
