Fantastic service brilliant with people who don’t understand why and when my upgrade due I be back

Come to the end off my contract so I set up a sim only contract which should have come in the post. Got sent to the wrong address and now I’m having to wait 3-5 working days without any connection on my phone other then when I can use wi-fi. Spoke today to someone from carphone warehouse and the first suggestion was that I can drive to the DPD (at least 15miles each way) which I refused as know one is going to pay for my fuel. They said the best they can do is chase it up so I might get it a day earlier, didn’t offer anything like a free case or anything which they have given me things like that in the past for free so I know it’s no issue for them. I just think it’s a bit off a joke that I’ve had to go without a phone for a week because they didn’t take my address down correctly!!

Very helpful assistant who provided me with detail of what I needed to upgrade my computing requirements.
