Dropped off old Vista computer & 3 laptops plus a few non-smart phones. Staff were courteous, though busy, & took my details & the promised certificate of data destruction arrived a month later. Very good experience & happy old devices are not going to landfill.

Excellent service. Just provided them with a list of equipment, they gave me a date when they could collect and they collected all my old IT equipment free of charge. No hassle whatsoever, all I had to do was move the equipment to an easily accessible location, the team did the rest of the lifting when they were here. Data destruction certificate provided after around 10 days.

Excellent service from Ecogreen. Dropped off numerous items of IT (laptops/tablets etc) for recycling and received the data destruction certificate and WEEE disposal certificate within a week. Really friendly and communicative staff. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Really helpful when I contacted them via email. I just wanted to recycle my old personal laptop rather than it ending up in landfill. All I had to do was ship it to them and then they did the rest, for free. Will be recommending to others with old devices.

Friendly and efficient - took our old laptops and sent us a certificate within a few days to confirm the data had been wiped. Will use again if we have any more computers to recycle in future. We only had one box full of laptops and computer components to recycle so we dropped if off at the warehouse (phoned in advance to arrange). The process was very quick.

I used the collection service as I had 4 computers which needed to be crushed. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful and left me feeling confident that a good job would be done. The price was as quoted and I was issued with a Certificate of Data Destruction. I would definitely use this company again.

From my first contact with Computer IT Disposals they were extremely efficient in dealing with my request, the process was seamless and culminated in the issue of a Certificate of Data Destruction. I had a few laptops to recycle so I sent them 2nd class to Ecogreen. The laptops wouldn't boot up so I couldn't wipe the hard drives myself. I was provided with a WEEE disposal certificate which gave me peace of mind that the data was destroyed. Also, nice to know that the laptops have been recycled properly! The Operations Manager who advised me was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service!
