Today I witnessed the male driver of this company verbally abusing a young female driver in the car with her children, he was screaming shouting and swearing at her and repeatedly beeping his horn. All because she was at a yellow box junction without a clear exit. However this driver was intent on intimidating her into pulling into the box junction.I stopped to give her my details if she wishes to take this further, I have tried to contact chapel forge but they didn't seem to care!
