The staff behind the desk at the front a usually lovely and helpful but once you're in with the nurse it's uncomfortable and if you suffer with anxiety like me your anxiety level increase drastically, if you've been through a situation where you need to go to the Birmingham clinic they automatically change tone with you and become short, blunt and rude. This is supposed to be a safe place where you don't feel attacked yet from the moment you step through those doors everything changes.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I was very nervous but all the staff made me feel comfortable. Bethan and her team remained professional and friendly throughout the treatment even in difficult times.

My daughter had go there found it was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very helpful and told her what she needed to know about the pain she had and the next step what they are going to do next.

I went in today as a dental emergency. There was a bit of a wait, but I can honestly say they were the most friendly, thorough and helpful team I've ever met. The dentist explained absolutely everything to me and really put me at my ease. I feel lucky to have such a great dental access centre so near to me.

now there are fewer drop ins it is extremely hard to be seen as line is always busy when trying to make appointments

Really helpful staff that not only listened my problems but treated me as an individual rather than a one box fits all. They also spoke to me like an adult and didnt dumb anythinng down just used jargon free language!
