Dare to book yourself for any of the services and you pay a NON refundable fee just to be a customer really. You never see the money back if you decide you don’t want to return for any of the services.I have recently visited the brow spa and prio my first visit I had to pay a fee which at the time It was explained to secure the appointment which I thought it was correct as many people don’t turn up. After my first visit I paid the remaining difference but because I also booked the next appointment I got charged again a fee to secure the following appointment which again I thought it was fair. However 2 weeks prior my appointment I decided to cancel it as I wasn’t going to return. I waited for my fee to be refunded to no avail and to be told is non refundable. Absolutely shocking!Think carefully before you book yourself in as these are the fees you going to pay (according to the website and correct at the date of publishing) and you won’t see a refund if you decide not to visit again.“A non refundable booking fee is required for all appointments in studio. The booking fee is:£75.00 – Microblading£50.00 – Microblading annual colour boost and all subsequent appointments£10.00 – Brow Treatments£20.00 – Makeover services£50.00 – Bridal Makeup plus additional services”When challenged about the fee I got told is to coverthe losses as she couldn’t cover my canceled appointment. With 2 weeks notice I very much doubt that’s the case especially you raved about yourself as being extremely busy and also operating a waiting list.Here is a fragments from .gov website explaining:“Consumer law may help youDon’t just accept the business can keep your deposit and advance payments or ask you to pay a cancellation charge if you cancel the contract.The business can only do this if the contract term is fair.A cancellation charge is not fair just because it’s in the contract you signed – it needs to be reasonable.”Also from same website :“ Businesses can keep your deposit or advance payments, or ask you to pay a cancellation charge, only in certain circumstancesIf you cancel the contract, the business is generally only entitled to keep or receive an amount sufficient to cover their actual losses that directly result from your cancellation (eg costs already incurred or loss of profit).Businesses must take reasonable steps to reduce their losses (eg by re-selling the goods or services).”Brief conversation with consumer rights and got told she is legally charging these fees. Absolutely shocking!Outcome:“However, It has been a difficult few years for everyone including small businesses like mine, therefore on this occasion I have refunded you the £xx as a gesture of goodwill.”Wow! thanks for my money back…as a gesture of goodwill!I will advise anyone to think 10 times before visiting this place, save yourselves the hassle, there are other places you can visit which don’t charge a non refundable fee and have more reasonable prices and even better quality services.

Lovely little salon and Kemmy was friendly and welcoming. My makeup and lashes lasted all night, thank you!

Went to Brow Spa for the first time on Saturday and this lady is a genius! I’ve never had perfect brows but I can’t believe how different they look after an HD appt. Kemmy showed me how to maintain the awesomeness between treatments too which was a massive bonus. I won’t go anywhere else now.

Excellent service and treatment by Kemmy, my first visit to anyone for HD brows and and lash tint, I loved my brows! I would highly recommend.

I've been getting my eyebrows done @ BrowSpa for a couple of years & I'm over the moon.Before going to BrowSpa I was plucking & shaping them at home & without realise it I was over plucking hence I thought I didn't have great eyebrows. Since going to BrowSpa I now have much healthier & happier eyebrows.Kemmy is super flexible with appointments, as there has been a couple of occasions when I've needed to change appointments & she has been happy to re-arrange appointment.

I had HD brows for the first time and what a fantastic experience. Kemmy made me feel welcome, relaxed and explained what she was doing through the process. She was very professional and friendly and I was surprised how quickly the time flew by. I'm 100% pleased with the results and i'd class myself as a 'new regular' of Kemmy's, as it's the first time I've not needed or wanted to 'tweak' a little, instead I wanted to rush home and put my make up on to show my eyebrows off!100% recommend and would have gave more stars.

I get my brows done here regularly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - great service every time! Thank you
