Yesterday me and my friend went over there for jackets on offer. Fortunately we found a jacket with offered price written with marker pen £24 what’s actual price £95. We’re very happy to buy that one and went to checkouts. Before payment my friend asked if there any smaller size. She scanned the item with her handset and price showed £45 like that. She went to inside for checking the size and intentionally took off the offering pricetag and came back to us and replied no more sticks. And asked for £45 if interested with that size rather than offered £24.Anybody can make a mistake while they doing this price reductions jobs. Just let customers know , it’s a mistake?Not necessary apply an illegal way like take off price tag.One of the glass wearing ladies was very rude.She shouted us by saying, we’re checking cameras, really disappointing.And the in charge just gently maintained formalities on checking cameras merely for eye washing.We’re shocked and surprised, such type of big company can do like this.

The shop and staff are fine, but next's sizes are awful. Bought 4 pairs of trousers in three different sizes (2 pairs one and two sizes too big, they were cheap, I was happy to take them in) neither of them fit. No wonder people have body issues.

This Next outlet store had a wide range of goods at low prices. It was a little difficult to shop here, as the aisles were cramped and there seemed to be too much clothing on the racks, making it hard to remove/replace items. Worth shopping here if you have the time to browse as the prices are so good!

I'm a size 32 waist I purchased some 52 waist trousers for a bargain price but now I have to spend a fortune on donuts until they fit .....doh

Good location,lots of bargains especially when u looking to buy clothes/shoes for kids and you love good quality for a little money.More hassle when you looking for something specific but you can't argue with the prices!Lots of stuff different brands-nike,adidas,etc

I always find some real interesting designer stuff here. Good discount and you need to look. Sad they removed yeh lingerie section that's why 1 star off.

This is one of the clusters of shops in the Designer Outlet that I like to visit the most. The quality of clothes and a plethora of choices for everyone in the family is overwhelming. I always find my size in stock and varieties. The staff is always attentive and is friendly, the premises are clean and all other outlets are adjacent to or the opposite. Plenty of eateries and shops are around and you can shop until you drop. The vast (free) parking for over £50 purchase is a bonus. Definitely worth paying a visit and there will always be something for you on sale or on clearance.

The prices are great and the shop is big but there is no changing room. You can find exceptional bargains here (if they have your size).

Visited the store yesterday (18/06/22) and the male cashier was very friendly however while taking the payment by my AMEX card it didnt go through, he politely asked if i could do chip and pin and yet it still didnt work. I said thats fine i can try my Visa (as some stores dont take AMEX) .. and it still didnt work. At that point i suggested politely that perhaps the machine is down. At this point, a blonde female staff member came over and rudely asked me ‘do you have money in your card’ and when i said i do have more than sufficient funds in both cards she asked me if i was sure. She asked in quite a rude condescending manner aswell, i understand that sometimes they need to ask these kind of questions but one should have basic manners and ask in a different way. At that point, they took me to a different till and the payment went through.. the male cashier apologised but the rude female along with another member of staff did not say anything.I was shocked at the way they handled the situation and instead of thinking that it might be their machine error, they ask rude and loudly if the customer is sure she has money in her card.Personally, I felt like this was racial profiling to some extent and I was tempted to ask her if she wants to see my bank balance but i held myself back as i did not want to create a scene.NEXT needs to fix up on training basic customer service skills to their staff!

Next Outlet Swindon is a disappointing shopping destination. The store lacks a proper changing room, which is inconvenient for customers. The clothes racks are often messy and disorganized, making it difficult to find what you're looking for. The staff are uninterested in helping customers, and the overall atmosphere is lacking in energy. Overall, a subpar shopping experience that can be easily improved with more attention to customer needs and tidier displays. Went in today, picked up 5 or 6 items, found out no changing room so just left. Their loss.
