Excellent customer service received from Mick. From the initial enquiry for a video of the car we'd seen advertised...right through to the phone call after purchasing the new car. In our experience this phone call never happens, so for us this really reflected how thorough the customer service was. The whole customer experience was seamless. Mick was welcoming, professional and helpful. Whilst we completed all the paperwork Mick made sure our children were entertained giving them free reign of the TV remote and even welcomed our dog! We travelled over an hour to purchase a car from Marshall Honda Clitheroe and we didn't regret it!! Customer service like this is hard to find and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future to Mick. It was also great how Mick introduced the service staff to us and we will travel to have the car service based on our experience, without hesitation! Five star experience!! Thank you Mick!!! Have had Honda’s for years now. Purchased my most recent Honda from Clitheroe branch. Everyone there has been great. Magdalena on the service desk has always been fantastic with booking me in and also fitting me in at short notice if anything has gone wrong with the car. Simple booking process for service and MOT with a quick turnaround for the job. Harriett on reception was particularly helpful and walked me through everything that had been carried out on my car. Would definitely recommend this garage, had no issues.

Had a puncture and Harriet on Services fit my car in within the next ten minutes. Car repaired and on the road within an hour. Brilliant really - cost just £29! Better than AA if you live near to Greenacre Garage, Clitheroe. Deserved a good review!
