We have been with Love Your Block for a while now. As the director of the RTM company. we interviewed a few companies but Paul seemed to quickly grasp our set up and was able to answer our questions knowledgeably. We have also spoken to various staff members too and they knew all about us so it was nice not to have to go through everything time and time again.Change is always a worry but Love Your Block came in and sorted out £40ks worth of shared service billing issues for us. It takes a special person to go through everything we gave to them, but they did it and managed to save us a considerable sum on the estate, so thank you for that.Well done Paul and the team @ LYB. We awarded the contract for management of an estate in central London to Love Your Block (LYB) after nearly 18 months of searching for a service provider which we felt we could trust and which had the necessary skills and experience to match our needs.The estate is small (5 blocks of flats, a famous water tower, roads, walkways, gardens, plant and equipment) but it is complex. Sitting on the boundary of Lambeth and Southwark, it includes listed buildings, access roads and rights of way and shares responsibility for some features with Crown properties. We have houses, flats, mews and the Water Tower. The Cinema Museum and Wooden Spoon form parts of the boundaries too. Internally, we have the usual mix of hard and soft services.LYB offered a service that would relieve the Directors of almost all the day to day running of the estate along with provision of advice on the more complex issues as and when needed.The impact of bringing LYB onboard was felt immediately. We got the service we needed without the hassle.They are knowledgeable, friendly and unfailingly polite despite the inevitable, but thankfully rare, professional complainer. They also brought services into line and gained tens of thousands of pounds of efficiency savings for us to the extant that for the first year since the estate was built we are now able to give back some funds to the leaseholders!As Chair of the Water Tower Management Company I feel that we finally have the right level of service at the right price. Moreover I have learned to trust in LYB who have consistently demonstrated integrity and enthusiasm.It is a pleasure to recommend them to anyone looking for a company who can be trusted to look after both your land and your money.

Love Your Block took over from a previous management company just over two years' ago; the previous company had turned out to be hopeless, and simply did nothing at all.LYB inherited this small block (12 residential units and two commerical ones) in a terribly difficult situation. Quite aside from the failure of the previous management company there was no history of regular billing of the lease-holders, no proper maintenance programme, no money in the pot, and a high level of apathy amongst the lease-holders.Fortunately, a new free-holder then worked closely with LYB until finally the authorisation could be given for Section 20 works to start. These are now nearing completion, and I am delighted with the way in which the works have been done, and the communication with lease-holders.LYB, in conjunction with the free-holder, have somehow managed to 'turn things around' so that we now have proper systems in place and the prospect of a block which we can be proud of, rather than ashamed of. LYB obviously has real knowledge of the property world, and how to go about managing 'non-payers' to get them re-trained.I cannot speak highly enough of what LYB has achieved, and find that their communication systems, both by phone and email, work well so that you can always find out what is happening.

Awful management company, doubled our maintenance charge then threatened the leaseholders with recovery action! They were supposed to be working for us. Avoid Vanessa she is a spiteful threatening individual who couldn’t give a hoot what you can afford as the bailiffs will take it away!

Narcissistic and completely inhuman. Grieving is treated as reason to abuse and exclude a property owner.

We're a block of 17 in central London who are enjoying Love Your Own Block". We're relatively low maintenance and happy to run our own AGM - so this remote management service from Love Your Block was perfect for us

Friendly, helpful and transparent!LYB have been fantastic to work with. They are quick and efficient at responding to questions and always break information down clearly and transparently.My building has recently gone through the right to manage process with LYB (which has been successful). Throughout the process everything has been clearly mapped out. Working through singing documents was simple and easy. Couldn’t fault the experience.I would highly recommend.

Love Your Block are much easier to deal with than our previous management company and we now have much better control of the processes and costs. Subsequently our service charges are lower, we get much better service and there is less stress/hassle . I would recommend Love Your Block.
