Terrible. I've been waiting for my compensation for almost 2 months now, I have rang on numerous occasions, the first time I was told it had sent, the 2nd time they told me they had the wrong address, after amending it they then told me the postcode was wrong, after that they told me it had sent again,, they didn't, I was then told I was to be paid on the 1st of May, bare in mind the court case was March 18th, I haven't. No justice whatsoever. Absolute joke of a place and system. After all of this they then sent me an email version I had to print off and send, done all that and still no payment. Do not put your faith in them nor your trust

All magistrate courts are places where wannabee judges play with people’s lives making life changing decisions which affect those lives forever and nothing whatsoever to do with the evidence, the truth or justice, but because it’s politically expedient to do so. Where the accused will be arrested if they do not avail themselves, but the police can withhold evidence they have been ordered to produce on four separate occasions. Evidence that would prove a man’s innocence because it discredits their verbal accounts. Mrs Saunders - Rape cases are not the only cases where the police withhold critical evidence, but unless it receives high profile political and press attention it's conveniently covered up and swept under the carpet after all, nobody's neither matter or are entitled to justice. Not all innocent people are jailed, but innocent people are still convicted. AND it's not even worth one star

I drove all the way from Gateshead to the court, only to find that it had been closed due to the pandemic without any prior notification. Despite having attempted to contact the court to confirm the status of my appointment beforehand, I had received no response to my calls. This meant that I had wasted my time and incurred unnecessary costs.
