Midland Fascia

The man is a stalker. Be careful. First he climbed up a ladder and was looking directly into my bedroom window when he was working on a house next door. Then he keeps turning up at shops that I go to and behaving suspiciously.

Spoke to him via text to arrange a guttering change. Booked the job but no date given. Kept stringing it along. Then pushed up the price and made no contact. You may get a better service if booked through check a trade due because of the avenues for recourse. Mine was a direct approach.

Midland Fascia did a first rate job. The workmanship was first class and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. I was very pleased that they offered to work over the weekend and said they were happy to come back on a Sunday to complete the job. They also provided recommendations on how to remediate issues with existing guttering . Midland Fascia were very flexible and provided various pricing options to do the job which shows that they went out of the way to make the customer happy. If ur looking for strong workmanship, customer service and honesty then t highly recommend

Phoned for a quote for gutters, downpipes and soffits and got a same day response which was reasonable. Came 10 days later, worked everyday until the work was completed. Tided up completely and took all the rubbish away. Would highly recommend them.

I feel compelled to write this review and let the world know just how good Midland Fascias really are. This is a genuine review from a customer and let me tell you it should be 100 stars! From the very moment I contacted these guys all the way through to completion I have been so impressed. Their work standard is perfect! Corners are mitred properly, screws are inline, everything straight and good quality materials. They got up to real heights, bridged my conservatory and cleaned up everything. Nothing left behind but a high quality job. My 4 bed detached with two garages was done in the space of 7-8 hours over 3 days. Came home each day and everything tidy. I couldn’t believe how much they had done and to that standard. Honestly you will never ever find a roofline company that can get near to their price, quality and organisation. Absolutely superb!

This company provides the upmost professional service. The workers performed their gutter repair with sincerity and quality. They showed politeness to me and made sure the work they were doing pleased the customer. I have never been treated by a company and its workers with this much respect as well. The greatest quality for me in my opinion is its reasonable pricing which I believe is unique and supports all financial backgrounds. Nevertheless, I have already recommended the company to some of my friends as well. They are the best in the area!
