Ordered from here multiple times and the food never dissappints. The chicken burgers and bbq chicken strips are always amazing and for an excellent price too. Truly can't beat it in my opinion.

The staff are completely out of order, not only could they not complete and deliver my order but they lied about not having my phone number, although it was though just eat an app I've used for years, but then continued to swear and insult me as if it was my fault, totally ridiculous behaviour from a business that relies on customer feed back total idiots

Great food but the worst service in town. They NEVER read instructions, the drivers are rude and obnoxious and the in-house staff are even worse. Nobody there cares, which is a pity because their food is usually good.If you have allergies then I’d be very wary because your instructions simply won’t get read!

Absolutely awful. The order turned up on time, but was stone cold. All of it. The chips were so over cooked you couldn’t eat them, because if you tried they cut into the roof of your mouth. The chicken strips tasted like cold cooking oil with garlic, and I imagine the burger would’ve been lovely had it been hot. The really sad thing about it is, that when fat jacks first opened all them years ago, it was THE best takeaway in the tri town area. Now it’s the worst. Unfortunately that’s down to the current so called kitchen manager, who I won’t name here, but has absolutely no clue about customer satisfaction, no love for his job and couldn’t care less whether your order’s correct or not. Seriously, find somewhere to order from, you’ll be doing yourself a favour

Ordered a takeaway on Uber Eats, despite living 4.5 miles away the food arrived quickly and still hot. Food is always impeccable, impressive portion sizes for a great price. One portion of cheesy chips is easily enough for 3-4 people, wraps and burgers are heartily filled and garlic bread pleasantly surprised me. Go-to takeaway.

Absolutely awful. Ordered taste of Texas burger and it was just disgusting. Felt almost plastic. So fake. Obvious it is warmed up in the microwave

I feel really ripped off. The BBQ wings had clearly been microwaved as it was hotter than anything and the batter with the sauce was just separating and falling off of the chicken, the bottom of the bucket was just chunks of batter with no chicken and I found hairs in it so ended up chucking the whole thing. The chicken was not marinated in BBQ sauce it was the normal deep fried chicken with bbq sauce slopped on it.
