Don't buy anything from them. They do not honour their warranty agreements. If you have a problem with a purchased item, you will struggle to get your issues resolved. Appalling customer service.

Decent stock of slightly overpriced electricals. Weirdly for such a big store there was no customer toilet in the store or anywhere nearby. Bit short sighted as its a store one could spend hours browsing around and spending lots of money in but hey!

Great experience. Was looking for specific products and with the help of Henry we were able to get all the information that we needed. Henry has a great customer presence. He was friendly and professional. He helped us with opening the product and making sure we had all the adaptors and then proceeded to help us find where we could get the additional adaptor. Thank you for the great experience.

The staff are very helpful, but if you're buying a phone, be prepared to wait ages as their software is super slow and old and it took 2 hours to order a phone

Went to buy a printerLots of staff milling around but no approach when i asked someone if this product was the one below the display they didnt know.2 members of the team were watching TVS in different locations had to wait at the till for service.
