Recently bought a Ford Transit Custom with a great spec including 6 seats and fully insulated and carpeted. The vehicle was in very good condition with low mileage. I required a towbar and Richard managed to source and fit within a week and sorted a courtesy car whilst it was fitted. Having had the van for 4 weeks now we have found it to be an excellent vehicle - a great tow car for our caravan! The company provides MOT and service to all vehicles before handover which is reassuring. I am very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend RM car sales. Found a fantastic low mileage RR Sport on the AA car search site located at RMA cars. After a few enquires and discussions, spec', details etc (usual stuff..) and agreed a sale price, felt confident enough to drive the +300 miles round trip from Sussex to Gloucestershire to review the vehicle and ultimately drive it home. Upon arrival back in Sussex a couple of issues ensued. Long and short of it, Richard was highly supportive of the situation, very accommodating in support of resolving the outstanding issues to my satisfaction.All things considered I have been pleased by the service provided by Richard and the RMA team.

I had a really good experience at RMA Car Sales in July 2022. I looked at a car on a Friday that was beautifully prepared and I was left to check it over without distraction and interference. I then went out on a test drive with Richard who was really professional. I discussed a couple of minor flaws and Richard agreed to get them resolved overnight and I collected the car the next day. I cannot recommend this garage enough. What a great guy Richard is.I purchased a Peugeot 208 from him, unfortunately after about ten weeks a knocking became apparent on it. Living so far away, I took the vehicle to a local specialist and after replacing several parts which I believe were unnecessary the noise persisted, I got very frustrated and decided to bite the bullet and return it to Richard. He arranged for one of his mechanics to sit on the side of me to identify the problem and even took me to the local train station whilst he dealt with the issue. Within two days the problem was identified and repaired. He also advised me to return to the said specialist and explain to them what was found. Thanks to his advice I got a full refund from the specialist. Great service from both the sale and after sales. Thank you. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.
