Honestly the worst GP I've ever been with. The attitude of the receptionists are disgusting. They make you wait 30 minutes before answering the phone, and once they do answer it sounds like you're talking to a hoodlum straight out of Whitechapel; one with no sense of consideration or compassion for what the person on the other end of the line might be going through. You have an emergency? Wait 3 weeks then we'll see you. Ask for a manager? They're just as rude as the receptionists. The doctors are completely useless, minus a few that I've had the pleasure of meeting.A total waste of time and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this place. We should actively be trying to shut the place down. Not only are they useless, but the building is also an eyesore! There are always 3 women behind the desk, but they make you wait. When you turn up for a face to face, there's no patients waiting. It makes you wonder what they do with their time. Most times they look like they're on holiday in this place. PLEASE AVOID.Not one positive comes from that place.

Though comments mentioned that the receptionist were not the best, I found them very helpful and welcoming. We came here for vaccine appointments, regular check up, and spontaneous appointments.I came here, one day with my toddler son who has itchy skin without any appointments. I wasn’t expecting any walk in slots for us, was purely trying my luck. The receptionist managed to squeeze in a doctors appointment for us. We just needed to wait for five minutes at the waiting room. One morning, I called the clinic and the receptionist managed to book me in for a nurse consultation on the same day.The staff here are very friendly and nice, from the front desk to nurses and doctors. Nurse Burton is an excellent nurse who makes sure the patient is well cared and treated, so are other staffs. They make sure you understand the process, medicine, treatment etc, and answer any questions you may have. I have never felt rushed here. All the test messages and emails keep us well informed about our upcoming appointments. The clinic itself is nice and tidy. It is warm in the winter.Thank everyone from the clinic for your hard work here!

This is a review for Ceri in particular. We have seen by Ceri on several occasions, every time she is attentive, polite, meticulous in her job, a great asset to the team, with much thanks to Ceri in particular.I agree on the below reviews about the attitude of the reception team but this is a different matter, this good review applies only to Ceri, the nurse team and/or most of the GPs.

Nonprofessional. Not helpful. last 2 months i book 2 times and on both occasions, they are unable to assist me to see a GP or nurse. Today it was my last appointment for the blood test, they hold me to wait over an hour after they said today they are unable to see. Really they just play with local people. Hope Some responsible person will see this and make some changes to help the community

I have been there few times with friends. The young receptionists are not helpful at all. You can never ever book to see the GP on the day or any near future. their answer to any pains or emergency conditions is you have to call 111" . The nearest appointment they can give you is about one month later ( someone should ask these so called Doctors that can anyone in pain and ill wait that long to see you ? ) . It gives you the impression that they may have only one or maximum two Gps available at any time. But they still enrolling more and more patients."

Normally happy with the GPs and nurses available but am appalled by what happened yesterday. I booked a follow up appointment for my 1.5 year old daughter as advised by one of the GPs 2 weeks earlier in case of new earache and flu symptoms. I saw Dr Ilyas who said my child was looking fit an healthy. I got that; my child wasn’t terribly ill but was clearly coming down with the flu. Because she had covid in August and a bad viral infection in October I asked Dr Ilyas if she could listen to my child’s lungs. She categorically refused on the grounds that “listening to your child’s lungs would be OVERDOING it. Your child is fine I can see it”… Who on earth says that? I didn’t ask for immediate blood tests or anything out of reason… I simply asked if she could listen to my child’s lungs, something that other doctors normally do as routine. I was still within my 10-min appointment timeframe so she could’ve simply listened to the lungs, even just to reassure me. She showed absolutely no empathy and kept refusing. When I said “do you realise it will just take you one minute?” She said “doctors sometimes do too much for their patients and your daughter doesn’t need her chest checking”. I find this shockingly unprofessional and tactless. My child has now got a bad cough and a fever (39). Great job Dr Ilyas! You definitely saw it.Your professionalism, and I would say medical skills, certainly need a touch of improvement.

Very bad experience in this medical centre, basically I was calling for an urgent appointment on Wednesday and was telling to me come to another gp (they book me in 121 west ferry road) because is no availability so I went to the gp in 121 westferry road and was telling to me the receptionist there is no booking for today for me.Is very unprofessional gp I suggest you all in this area to change your gp.

To be fair, it's been many years since I actually needed to see a GP face to face, but I've scheduled inoculations, routine tests, needed prescriptions and telephone consultations and I've never had a problem. I felt compelled to leave a review for balance after seeing all the 1 star reviews.
