Keep away from this garage at all costs I bought a van from these guys has never been right since I got it they took it back to get fixed then when I got it back still the same so I rang the finance company to say I've had enough and now they won't take the van back so I'm having to go down the complaint route which could take weeks and this is my works van so I'm having to hire a van 400 a week til it gets sorted they are absolutely disgraceful in every way avoid avoid

Went to look at a crew cab van for the family, dog and bikes. Steve gave us the keys and left us to look at the van on our own, no pressurised sales pitch and he was very helpful when we were taking seats out etc to see if everything fitted.Took it for a test drive and decided to go for it. Steve sorted the paperwork out straight away with no sales pitch for finance (as it should be).Picked my van up a week later with a fresh MOT and happy with the experience. I would recommend buying a car or van from here!

We picked up our new van from Steve and are over the moon. All the vehicles are in such good condition, which was a welcome surprise compared to all the other vans we'd looked at! Steve was really informative and more than happy to go through a few options with us, he completely put our mind at ease. Will be recommending and using time and time again.

I put a deposit on a van and for unforeseen circumstances i had to pull out of it. Mike was more than happy to refund me in full and even though i didnt purchase anything to give feedback on ill leave a review for his impeccable customer service. Super fast response to emails and enquiries. Had a personalised video detailing the areas I had asked about sent over within the hour. Sales were friendly, approachable and happy to help. Great selection of vehicles available and all the ones we looked at were at good prices. All the cars we viewed were in brilliant condition etc. Thanks a lot for a great buying experience!

Bought a new Double cab van and very happy with the service provider from first calling 'the car Megastore' right through to driving off the forecourt in my new van. Personnal, helpful and knowledgeable members of the team. Highly recommend.

At first visit my husband wanted to convince me to get an 8 seater for our growing family. We were given keys for a number of vehicles to show ourselves round with no pressure. When we decided a few days layer what we wanted we easily booked a test drive. When we turned up for it we weren't expected as the chap there was covering for a holiday and hasn't checked the diary. It wasn't a problem though and we still went for a drive.There was no pressure sales and no pressure for finance when we decided to buy. And the van was available to pick up earlier than planned.A few negatives were that the description online claimed a number of features that the van doesn't have, not all of which we identified prior to purchase. Secondly, there was an issue with the rear windscreen needing replacing which wasn't noticed prior to purchase, but has been quickly resolved. The radio also stopped working shortly after purchase and again was quickly fixed at our convinience.Lastly, although the interior appeared spotless we have found a couple of things likely to be left by a previous owner. Nothing major just not perfect.

I live in Devon and was a little apprehensive about buying a vehicle so far away. The vehicle was as described and I am really pleased with it. There was a problem with the air con and after I contacted Richard it was fixed at a local garage close to me and I was reimbursed the full amount. Well worth the trip and really nice guys with good after service care.
