Used this company twice for preservation works to treat and eradicate dry rot. Roger is a good surveyor and knows his stuff. Pragmatic in identifying a solution. Willie and team were excellent in carrying out the work. The work was a good price.Unfortunately, my guarantees, despite promises have not materialised for either job. Umpteen chasers have all been ignored. Very disappointing - I feel cheated. Anyone embarking on this type of work will already be stressed given the impact and cost to them and their home. I'd suggest paying more and going with one of the bigger firms.

From start to finish Create/ Roger was great in coming out to check the house for damp in a new bungalow we bought , alleviating our fears over what was entailed . They tied in with the renovation of our kitchen when carrying out the work required in order that we had minimum disruption . Willie and his team were so clean & tidy you could hardly believe they had knocked all the plaster off the wall to fit a damp course membrane . Would highly recommend them & many thanks for being flexible with our kitchen fitting .
