I worked for Customate as a site engineer for 3 years. I enjoyed my time there and learned a lot. The owner is exceptionally knowledgeable about this industry, was really helpful to me whilst I was there and is certainly a man of his word. Whilst working for Customate I also worked on projects as far away as South Africa.

This company puts together equipment like they are on a scrapheap challenge, nothing is welded properly or finished properly and they never complete on time. They are constantly changing their staff and not for the better, high staff turnover = bad management and the owner is rude and constantly tells lies.
