Update: Customer care was able to reship the item and deliver it again. Timely cuts service was provided for this product. Bumping up the stars for the customer service.Initial review: I had made an order from boomf. When you look at their website it doesn’t load in $ for US customers, it shows in euros. However i went and added stuff in cart and checked out where it let me add USA address and had a shipping charge associated and an estimated delivery date. Now since few days the order is stuck with customs and not clearing international shipment release. I donot have an updated delivery date, i donot know if i will ever receive it and the occasion for which it was ordered has passed.While they have great products on their website, its important to receive the product for the occasion. I would not purchase from here again cos I would prefer to give a regular card on time than a great card that may not ever arrive. Very disappointing!

Poor customer service more interested in profit than their customers very rude and condescending without helping to resolve the issue I had. Created a card entered the delivery address and submitted the order. I didn’t check the confirmation email having never had issues previously and the card arrives at my house. The response was you paid for U.K. postage you should have checked the email. Considering I’m not someone who knows much about postal prices how would I have clocked that on an already expensive card order, apparently that’s not their problem so I’ve purchased another card with a much more professional company as I can’t support a large business who can’t be bothered to offer solutions and just assign blame. Don’t recommend the cards are overpriced for what they are anyway

I have used boomf a couple of times and I love the card bombs. The company makes really good cards for everyone and occasion. I recently purchased 2 card bombs at the same time and the staff went above and beyond making sure that I had the correct card for the correct person. Would highly recommend them to anyone for a more unique and memorable card.

Had a rather bad experience with a flutter card I ordered from them. The delivery times displayed before payment magically increased after finishing the order, so the card I ordered arrived several days after the event. Even if that was forgivable given the unpredictability of mail delivery during a pandemic, the butterfly in the card did not move, it arrived broken!

Stepan and Janeks turned our marketing & design teams artwork and designs into something really special and unique. They delivered as promised with a quick turn round. I was so disappointed in the box I ordered all the excitement you see in adverts of it jumping out as a suprise. That did not happen with mine. So the jumping effect did not happen. I won't be ordering one again and with the writing on the top I don't like that you can't make it any bigger or place a pic on the top if you wanted there should be options.

I’ve used Boomf a few times to give to other people, loved the ease of personalising them. I have also received a few (box, canon card and butterfly) and they have always worked well. It’s great for a special treat, especially when you can’t be with someone for a special day.

Don't buy from this company. I ordered a valatins card for my partner on the 9/2 nearly a week later was told it's on hold and wouldn't be despatched untill the 16. Won't be buying from you again.
