Sold a stolen bike - I called up to enquire about a bike that I know to be stolen that was advertised for sale on Edgware Cycles' Gumtree account. The bike was apparently still available until I told them that it was stolen and that I wanted to come and collect it, at which point the guy on the phone magically remembered that he had in fact sold it yesterday. Extremely dodgy!

Ash who runs the shop is brilliant and really helpful. I have used him several times for servicing, chain & cable replacement. All occasions told me to come back later in the day and he'll have it completed. Tried an awful shop in East Finchley first who were the polar opposite and exceptionally rude. Highly recommend.

Absolutely joke. I have used them quite a few times because they're local but they manage to mess up the simplest tasks. Most recently I asked them to replace a broken gear cable, a simple job for a professional mechanic. They managed to spray lube on the disc rotors (big no no!) didn't cut off the excess wire! and left my bar tape covered in black grease. This is the last straw. Shame there's no proper bike shop round here.
