Despite setting up very clear goals around cognition, socialising, support to use the microwave etc for my aunty, these were rarely met. Contact with the agency was difficult, and they never attempted to discuss issues or challenges. Carers were meant to visit for 30 minutes 6x per week and 60 minutes 1x per week. On average, they spend between 10-15 minutes. When we complained, the agency discharged my aunty, leaving us with 2 weeks notice to find another agency. I would not recommend this agency.

In contrast to previous reviews on behalf of my elderly Mum we can’t praise Beacon Care enough.Their assessment was thorough and personalised to meet our specific needs and care delivered at the times requested. Care to date has been delivered professionally and efficiently and we are both extremely grateful for the service and support they provide.
