Disappointed and worst place kids have ever been.Waste of money. £60. Absolute joke.Queues were long everywhere, staff was nowhere to be seen, took an hour to get in entry, only 3 rides there and they took approximately 20-30 min to get on because of the queues. Kid was fed up, everyone was pushing and didn't know which to queue up for the rides.Food and drinks far too expensive and wasn't that nice.Computer game room useless, the games didnt work.Painting activities room useless, paint & paper everywhere on tables & chairs. Again no staff around.Toilets were filthy & smelly and no one around to clean. All the bouncy castles have been inflated for 1-2 hour due to 15 min rain. What?!

Waste of money! Few rubbish rides, and bouncy castles, which you have to queue 45 minutes for. Staff didn't even know where the toilets were. Really not as described. We paid £85 for our tickets, 3 adults and 3 kids, and ended up leaving after the morning session. Queued nearly an hour to get in. Such a poorly organised event. Would not recommend.

Went Saturday for the am session, admission and entrance was very long winded for the 930am start we finally managed to get in at 1030am, rain closed some of the slides and inflatables and the available facilities were few and far between for the amount of people at the venue, so be prepared for lengthy queues for everything! Unfortunately it was not the spacious and entertaining day we had hoped for so left shortly after arrival.. nothing like the advertising!

Absolute rubbish! Not covid-safe at all. We didn’t see anyone cleaning the whole day. Falsely advertised half of the events stated were not there. Requested a refund and reported the company. Pe in the park was a bucket and a hoop. Food was overpriced and awful. No child friendly options for food offered. The toy store was one table with poundshop toys on. Staff were no where to be seen and didn’t interact with any of the children. The queues were shocking. So much so that my happy go lucky 7 year old ended up in tears 3 times during the day. Rides are not appropriate for older children. The meet and greets were dismissive, photo and move you on. The craft room was a mess and not cleaned.Inappropriate music for children on stage. This was aimed at kids up to the age of 12 it should be aimed at kids up to 6 years old! For what was on offer.Staff often rude and untrained. The on the farm was a small cramped tent with a couple of animals in small cages.in there. Not covid-safe at all.The gaming room wasn’t working. There were no dance workshops as advertised or football as advertised. The football was one net where kids could find out how fast they kicked the ball!No police /ambulance attended as advertised. No workshops as advertised. It was a complete shambles! Refund requested and reported the companyAVOID AT ALL COSTS

45 Minute queue to get in to a four hour session. Then get inside to queue for everything we wanted to go on again. Some queues were 40 minutes inside. Poor standard of entertainment in there. Like a village fete. The craft tent was a mess with tables full of rubbish like a can of coke and with colouring templates that were already coloured in. The attendant" was just picking her nails the whole time not noticing. I don't blame her

**PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY** Hundreds of negative reviews have been deleted from Kidztopia Facebook page.I wish I could give a zero rating! When I watched the marketing video for this event prior to purchasing my ticket, I was certain my children were going to have a fantastic day and we were going to make some fabulous memories. On the basis of the marketing campaign, I didn't hesitate to part with over £60 for a family ticket. In essence I was robbed and someone has become very rich at the expense of hundreds of unhappy families.Ridiculous queues (think Bank Holiday Monday at Alton Towers) except you aren't queuing 40 minutes for a thrill ride, you are queuing 40 minutes for a few bounces on a bouncy castle. Arts and crafts, gaming tent and soft play was not as described, no messy play, a lot of the promised attractions were not there (eg police). We paid a lot of money to walk around a poor school fete.Hundreds of families have asked for their money back, the management company have deleted all of the negative comments from their Facebook page and are refusing to engage with patrons or take responsibility. They keep blaming the weather. Not one single unhappy customer is complaining because of the weather. Please please look at the Facebook page (Unhappy Customers of Kidztopia) and please save your money.

It wasn't organised as well as i hoped. We turned up at 9:40 and queued to get in due to one person checking tickets and handing out wrist bands. The queue was massive. I felt sorry for the people who joined at the back of the queue as the queue just got longer and longer as cars arrived. They had paid the same as us and i bet it took them well over an hour to get in after we got in. Surprised they fitted that amount of people onto the field. I knew people wasnt happy just by walking around and hearing conversations. Queues for the attractions were too long. Peppa pig and Fireman Sam only displayed themselves for two half hour intervals. The queues were horrendous. The food prices were a rip off. £6 for sausage and chips, £5 for 1/4lbs burger. £2.50 for bottle of pop. The coffee stand was selling cans of pop for £2. I couldn't even buy a fruit shoot for my 3 year old. Absolute joke. The only decent thing i thought was the handmade pizza for £7 which i thought was reasonable. Sold too many tickets for an over hyped up event. I wouldnt recommend this event to anyone. Cant understand why adult tickets are more than childrens as there is absolutely nothing there for adults. Highlight of my day was when i visited the toilet. Thats how bad it was. By 12:30 i had had enough. Was surprised how many cars had gone when i went to get in mine. Utter shame really.Edited:I would also like to add that there wasnt even child friendly food. Couldnt even buy a fruit shoot for the little one. The queues by the way were all over the place. Didnt know what we was queuing for. Good luck to all the people going today and being ripped off. I can see this going to court because 100s of people have requested refunds. The place was a shambles. The meet and greet was a quick photo and moved on. Be careful what you queue up for too. Someone was in the fireman sam queue but her daughter wanted peppa pig. She queued for half hour only to exit the queue to join the queue for peppa. Badly organised. It was miss sold. Nothing like it is in the video. Ambulance, police and fire service was also not there as advertised. Whoever has organised this event needs to be taken to court. I am thinking of writing to the Sun newspaper.

Horrible queues, waited around 30 - 45 minutes even though we got there on time. Poorly managed event, helpers/staff on attraction didn't care. The activities such as craft tables were dirty, paint everywhere, and food left on the table, staff just stood there leaving all the mess and not interacting with anyone? Considering that everything should be kept clean due to covid, it was horrific. Long queues for everything too, and the attractions" were not very attractive. Not worth the money at all. I wish I could have a refund."
