Really lovely experience from this store. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially one called jayjay. He was polite and respectful and he ensured I got hot food with a friendly smile! He deserves the recognition for his hard work at greggs. Well done jay! We definitely be returning to this store again

Manager Christine was extremely rude and unhelpful after requesting a new order. Food was uncooked, wrong drinks. She didn’t want to help, blamed the driver for for not cooking the food and wrong items (you must be kidding me), she insulted me and hung up the phone in the most unprofessional way.Customer service is not her strength. Why is she a manager?

Placed order and only received half of my order. However Stevie who I spoke to was amazing, and dealt with it and made sure I got what was missing. She was friendly, helpful and good mannered.

Just want to sayGreat customer service from some of the staff at this branch. a lovely young lass called Katie who is always friendly everytime has a smile on her face . She goes above and beyond for every customer hard worker. A lass called ameera lovely young lady polite and respectful. There's a gent called Jay or something like that tall guy so funny makes me laugh good with customers . Excellent customers service from staff clean store managers should be proud of outstanding staff

Never felt the urgency to want to leave a review before having such a bad taste in my mouth. Thought I'd pop in to grab a pastie at about 16:50 to be served by such a rude ignorant member of staff. She was a tall Asian girl who had no manners, just asked me what I wanted and if I was eating in. No please/thanks or eye contact and looked as though she was too busy barking orders to the other staff! You might work on the high street but please don't tar all customers with the same brush. Your customer service skills need serious improving madam!!
