Brockworth Post Office

The rudest post office staff members I’ve ever come across. If you can’t be nice or even bare a smile get a job you enjoy or one that’s not public facing.

Staff were really friendly, normally a bit of a queue. I needed an A4 envelope, which they didn't have. In fact the shelves for envelopes didn't appear to have been looked at for weeks! The assistant did try and help me find something I could use, but in the end it was a trip to Tesco's!

I can't rate this Post Office highly enough. Amy sorted out my International Driving permit. She was friendly and professional. Thanks Amy.

Since the refurbishment, the post office has not been the same. Website states clearly post office counter was open. Go there, it was not.

Nice useful post office inside McCalls helpful staff with full post office services easy access the shop also is a useful paper shop with some groceries and chocolate

Came here today as my local post office, St John's Avenue, rejected my perfect parcel. Luckily the staff here are kind and efficient so it was sent off with no problems. This is a drive from me, but worth it, due to the terrible recruitment choices at my branch.

Went to use the card machine to deposit money where they shut at 9, I got there at 8:10 and they told me they had closed? They hadn’t it’s pure laziness because they didn’t wanna do it. Don’t publicly show online you close the section there at 9 when you clearly don’t. Lazy.

Good location with busy parking

The staff are really nice, but its a shame there is always just one person working. The lines are always really long and it usually takes a while until you get served.

Shop staff great after you get to know them and the Post office staff. Nice atmosphere and maybe a half price bargain to pick up when posting parcels. Become part of my routine. Found shop staff and Royal mail staff charming very human and helpful at every turn and the public polite. Seems a very happy post office and shop to me. ..if I have one criticism.... it is with Hucclecote Post Office closed they often have one person on here instead of 2 often and there can be some mega queues.. I blame Royal Mail for that and the massive extra work my business gets with customer service with later mail from A Royal Mail that has not improved since Covid and Strikes and Cyber attack... but is getting standard mail more and more late UK and globally... The world beared with Royal Mail through Covid and the Strikes but people are not willing to believe or grant late mail now so much as they should or even know..Royal Mail is getting worse or not improving........ Doesn't effect this post office staff or shop though.... Royal Mail have caused me huge amount of extra work over the last few years and large three figure losses...... I blame everyone directors management and workers.... I worked there as a student and never minded the working conditions or all else....... always thought Royal Mail was much nicer place to work than a lot of the local factories I worked in in the Summer to pay off student loans .... Royal Mail needs to sort itself out..... but this place is a pleasure.
