Popped in on the way back from running errands in town and had wanted to check out Delish since they opened. Nice and clean, friendly staff and the cakes/brownies look great. Picked up a coffee and a Oreo brownie. All good! And will be back... :)----The above 5 star review was sent 10 months ago after my first visit. I've updated it to 3 stars and give the following update, since it has a couple of likes and I don't feel that it reflects my recent experience.I visited a second time about 3 months ago with my wife, on a quiet weekend mid afternoon. We ordered one coffee, a pot of tea and two red velvet cookies.In summary? Expensive and doesn't match the quality you'd expect. We weren't offered a loyalty card, despite the customer after us getting one without asking. I find that odd, since last time I was there, I struck up a good conversation with the owner and her partner who was helping out. It doesn't have a relaxing vibe to it and if I'm being totally honest, we just wanted to leave sooner rather than to chat and relax. We simply didn't feel welcome. The brownie I had last time was great, yet both of us thought these cookies were lacking in flavour and quality.It's a real shame as we like to support local businesses, especially cafes, over the chain ones. But when the loyalty card isn't thrown at you, and there's no feeling of being appreciated as a customer, you are unfortunately better off going to Costa.

Visited Delish today with two friends, lovely place to have a coffee, cake and a natter, you can't beat homemade cake it was delicious. Looking forward to going again.

We popped into this delightful Coffee Shop for a quick cuppa prior to an appointment in the Village.We sat in the window on one of 2 tables with a Chatter sign! This was to indicate that you were willing to Chat" to others - especially those alone who may not "Chat" to many or no-one. What a brilliant idea! We also had a lovely "HOT" drink and the serviced of lovely smiley staff. What a lovely place."

I went to Delish this afternoon for coffee and cake and it didn’t disappoint. I had a chocolate orange brownie with an oat milk latte and my dad had a sausage roll and a cappuccino. We could not fault any of it and the place is gorgeous inside. Thanks so much Dani, we will be back xxx

Popped into Delish with a few friends this morning for this super refreshing yoghurt frappe with popping bubbles I saw advertised. It really was “delish” and the atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and airy - love the large windowed seating to people watch, (though we snagged the comfy couches!) My friends both had savoury dishes and said they were lovely. We will definitely be back!
