I have been shopping at this Jewellers for over 5 years .. the service and prices are amazing

Purchased a ring for the wife as a Christmas present, unfortunately it wasn't a good fit, returned with the wife and she chose an alternative, but even the smallest size was too big, Claybrooks were able to get the same ring bespoke from the makers at no extra cost, it took a while, but wife happy. 10 out of 10 for service, would certainly recommend...

No refund policy! No staff told me that when purchasing and no info on the receipt just a little sign by the till which wasn’t pointed out on purchase. Rude and dismissive staff when I tried to return a item

If I could leave no stars I would!Absolutely a shambles of a company I will never ever buy from them again. No refund policy is appalling!My grandparents brought some stud earrings for my daughter for Christmas which were just too small so I told them take them back and we can choose some others.They had not been worn only looked at and kept in the box as these were meant to be for Christmas.My grandparents tried taking them back for a refund the next day and the staffed refused to do so saying it’s there policy because of Hygiene but they never stated this policy when they were being purchased and it’s not stated on the receipt or anything.I would understand if they had been worn but you can clearly see they hadn’t even been removed from the box.I really don’t understand this company they don’t except unworn earrings back but then they sell “pre loved” earrings in the window where’s the sense there?Stay clear of them!

I can't fault this jewelers. The service is great. I got my mother's watch battery replaced here as it was much better value for money than Timpson's and when the battery died a few weeks later they replaced it at no extra cost. They even took a few links out of a bracelet for my mum that she loved but was too loose and as it was a quick job they didn't charge. It's so rare these days to get such lovely customer service. I will only use this jewelers in the future. Lovely helpful staff. Thank you so much!

Tried to return an item basically ignored and spoken down to. Very rude staff. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Disappointed at the quality of the products sold, the item I purchased broke twice. Then I had to pay to have repaired or had to take them to court as they wouldn't refund, even though the item was faulty..
