I have had numerous garments and household items cleaned at Regency Cleaners over the last few weeks and I just wanted to say how incredibly happy I have been with the service every time! Very friendly staff who obviously know their stuff! highly recommend!

The best dry cleaning service that I have ever had. He is happy to help out in a hurry/emergency. Quick, excellent cleaning and friendly service. I will not be going anywhere else now that I have found Regency.

Left my wife's wedding dress and brother's suit that had both been left for nearly a year. The suit just needed a freshen up, but the dress had quite a lot of marks which I thought were not going to come out. But no, it looks brand new. Absolutely outstanding staff, very friendly and eager to help, Would defiantly go here again.Thank you very much.

Probably one of the worst services I had in my life. I found my baby wrap lying on the floor, insects and bugs could have easily gone into it. The guy working there didn't even apologize for that, saying, 'It's there with other clothes,' as if that would make the floor any cleaner.A simple hemming was done in a sloppy, bad way. He again defended that by saying, 'you asked for a cheap job and we've given you a cheap job!' I really couldn't believe my ears. I never asked for a cheap job and it's a straightforward hemming. How can hemming be cheap or expensive?!When I was inspecting my wrap, he kept saying, 'I need to get back to work'! And when I found a clearly bad patch of hemming, he said, 'It's a huge wrap, surely you would appreciate a small mistake.' The small mistake he was taking about was threads coming from all over the wrap!I will never use this service again. Wrong things happen in alterations, but the service people usually acknowledge the mistake and correct it. Not there, unfortunately.

I'm a new resident to the Lucan area whereby, I had entered the premise for the first time this afternoon with the expectation of having 4 trousers and a suit dry cleaned. When I entered Regency Dry Cleaners, it was very much unwelcomed. A girl at the hatch was fiddling away with her toy clips on netted curtains for a prolonged period of time instead of prioritising its customer. As I had waited for over 5 Minutes, I still had not being served which enticed me to leave with my goods and take the business elsewhere but in reviewing other comments on the same premise, it appears that I had a narrow escape. The objective of impeccable customer service is to maintain the highest standards at all times and ensure that the customers have the best experience, facilitating repeat business and positive recommendations.

Though a long walk for me, it is far better than my local dry cleaners. They were quick, efficient and did a good job for a fair price. The guy who took my suit had excellent customer service skills too.

Disappointed by the cost of having my curtains cleaned. Have had exactly the same size and number beautifully cleaned for 1/3 the price elsewhere. The presentation of the shop is poor and doesn't inspire confidence, though am satisfied with the job done. Sadly will go elsewhere in future

Had my wedding dress dry cleaned here. I am so amazed at the effort that has gone into my dress! Considering it was left to sit for 9months. I wasn't hopefull that much could be done as I left it two long. The honesty that not everything would come out,not just to be promised it would be perfect! It has come back pretty much like new. It looks amazing very happy. Couldn't recommend enough!

Regency really did go beyond the call of duty in cleaning my daughter’s wedding dress. Despite being made by a very well know haute couture fashion house, there were no cleaning instructions on any of the three items. Regency spoke to the designer’s workshop on a number of occasions and did a fantastic job. They were thoroughly professional and never once complained throughout the whole process which took over 2 weeks!Their service was 100% and I would highly recommend them.Thank you!
