Extremely happy with the car I purchased. All the staff were very friendly, honest and I was not pushed for a sale. The professional advice and time given to me in order to fully understand the cars instruments and gadgets was greatly appreciated. Over all the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend PSD and I would use them again.

I would highly recommend PSD to anyone, a great service and nice people to deal with. They did us a great deal on our car, and have looked after friends too! I am also very impressed with the work they do in the community, sponsoring junior sports teams from football and rugby to judo. This sponsorship is much needed and appreciated by the young people who benefit by their generosity and are able to learn and play a sport they love. Excellent garage, very helpful staff and a fantastic 5 star service.

As a family business, PSD doesn’t use corporate sales tactics or pressure. John and the team were a delight to deal with. I was buying a high end car and throughout they were honest, fair, helpful and responsive. It’s been 5 days since I picked it up and I’m delighted with the car, the price agreed was fair and I have no complaints. It’s great there’s dealerships like this that dispel the usual myths. I live in London and PSD will still be my first port of call for a used car next time.

We dealt with Neil and Ryan both of whom were professional, helpful and did not push the sale. The car was a good price and seems to have been serviced well. The valeting however leaves a little to be desired, the car was vacuumed but there was litter behind the rear tables and stains on some of the seats. Overall a positive experience but improvements could be made.

The car was exactly as described with no problems yet (11 months after purchase), and the salesman Ryan was friendly and professional. My only issue, and the reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that I didn't receive the owner's manual, and when I rang to ask for it they said they would be in touch but never were. Only a minor issue, and I would recommend PSD.

If your like me and the usual excitement of buying a new car or van is usual ruined by the salesmen who either don't want to go the extra mile or are so pushy they could be selling Kirby vacuum cleaners then please try this dealer .After three visits to dealers we landed in this sanctuary late Saturday afternoon.We were left to browse without being pesteredWe asked for a test drive they duly obliged .They explained the finance options and never once did they push us.Buying a car is usually the second biggest financial commitment, this dealer takes the strain thank you guysMr and Mrs P
