Great enterprise location. The staff at Ashton enterprise are superb, the manager, Charlie and Abid have all been fantastic with me, always going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Won't be going anywhere else, cheers guys.

Fabulous service fast and quick to collect a curtesy car from the Ashton Branch which I needed for work, the car was very nice and clean and also very modern and would definatly use them again. Also retutning the car was a breeze and no fuss.Thank you Enterprise.

Top service from both guys - Dylan and Mo. All process was smooth and both vehicles meet my expectations. Definitely would recommend this place if you need your 4 wheels in a short notice.

Recently hired a van from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I must say that my experience was exceptional, thanks to the excellent service provided by Cynthia. She went above and beyond to ensure that rental process was smooth and stress-free, providing all the information I needed, making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left.Van was in excellent condition and well-maintained, making drive comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Cynthia to anyone looking for a rental car/van. I will definitely be using Enterprise car hire again in the future.

I had a really good experience with Enterprise in Ashton, after needing a car at short notice. I dealt with Dylan, who was helpful. The car was dropped off and collected from my home. No dramas. For me, it was an easy and smooth experience.

Very poor customer service. Vehicle wasn't ready at the collection time, did not receive a follow up call to tell me it was ready i just turned up and had to wait. Then after dropping it off all seemed ok the lady signed it off then 2 days later i got my deposit refunded minus £25. Rang to complain and they offered me a £20 voucher to use ‘next time’. Jokers, id get better customer service if i had stolen it!

Great service. Collected the car for me. Car was clean and in good working order. Friend staff that are happy to help. Highly recommended

Shameful services.Car was not ready 1 hour 15 minutes lateTold they do not guarantee you car being there . The reason fir my being late is they went to pick it up on the day from ashton to Blackpool and back again in rush hour gave them self's 2 hours lots of problems with this company just be aware of all the extra insurance they will try on you as you pick it up if you are lucky enough to get your keys on time . Don't luck for help from the manager she is part of the problem

First time using enterprise for a house move.We rented *Ford Luton Van with Tail-lift or similar * for the duration of day 8am-5pm costing £118.80 prepaid.The service was good when we came to pick up the vehicle. There wasn't much information about paying £200 deposit before receiving the vehicle and about the damage fees such as £2000 per damage unless we buy extra protection, which stopped the damage fees at £250 if I remember correctly this was round £35 for the duration we booked.Took about 20 - 30 min to get the vehicle.When we received the vehicle, one lady said we could return it the next morning, which was incorrect. We rang the office later on and asked if that was the case.My driver was my dad, and he was amazing he has 20 years of driving experience, and we didn't purchase extra protection.

Shocking experience. Was due to pick up a van to move from Manchester to the Highlands at the start of September 23. Pickup at 9am as pre-paid for (it's a 10 hour drive on top of loading times). At 08:57 when I was round the corner they rang to say the van was not ready due to a nail in the tyre. Okay thought I, that's rubbish but stuff happens. Fast forward, I arrive at 12pm to collect the van, it's still not ready as it's being cleaned. (surely it should have been cleaned ready for me to pick up at 9am? How dirty can a tyre fitter get it? Hmmm. Anyway, I get in the van, it has less than a thimble of fuel in it, I mean the engine was chugging at risk of conking out that little fuel. (so much for 1/4 tank collect 1/4 tank return). The van also had no ad-blue at all. So I went back into the depot to discuss this as well as the delay - I had inspected the van and I can tell you none of those tyres looked like they'd been changed. None had new tread, none had the tyre slip grease on them. Absolute fibs. Anyway, site's solution was two-fold. Firstly, I got told oh it's okay you can keep the van until lunchtime on Monday instead of 9am. Oh well thanks mate, unfortunately I didn't rent it so it could sit on my driveway like an ornament and at 12pm on Monday I will be in work. Hence why I rented it at WEEKEND duh. As for the ad-blue, I was then asked to follow one of the guys to a local petrol station (at liability of running out of diesel in traffic in this chugging van) to get the ad-blue topped up. All this meant I didn't actually get on the road with the van until gone 1pm. So effectively paid for 4-5 hours which I never actually got. Discussed this with site on my return and was told oh yeah we'll give you 10% off with us in the future just please don't make a complaint against us. Fat lot of help that is, I now live in SCOTLAND!Fast forward, I call enterprise as I am seeking 1/4 refund for the rental, which is fair as the van was returned by 9am Monday as planned so I only got 3/4 of what I paids worth. This is about 45 quid value refund. Call centre staff are lovely but completely powerless. For something which is so small for a massive business like Enterprise, I was told it had to go to the area manager to review and he'd call within 5 working days. No contact. Called back, told it was escalated to the city manager, 5 days, no contact. Called back, told it was escalated to the VP (The bloody VP mind you for a 45 quid refund!), 5 days, no contact. Called back again today, got an escalation, gotta wait another 5 days.The odds of me ever ever using the AuL branch again is none. And to be honest, the odds of me using Enterprise again are beyond slim.
