He was able to present a selection of very good tenants and was able to negotiate a good rental return and over what I was expecting, with no dead space. He's efficient, listens to your needs and delivers. He has kept me well informed throughout the process - excellent communication skills!I was with another agency in Maidenhead for unfortunately 3 years - who I had to chase daily for any updates, they would pressure me to take the first person that would show any interest, not listen to my needs.
