Our salesman was Ross Atkin. Although we eventually narrowly missed coming to an agreed deal to trade in our 4 month old, high spec MazdaCX5 for a new high spec Ford Kuga true hybrid or a 2,000 mile plug-in hybrid demonstrator. We came very close, and Ross throughout dealt with us in a very friendly, unhurried, caring way. He was knowledgeable and a good, sympathetic negotiator who is a credit to the Right Car company.

We got great service, drove in with one car, and drove out the same day with a newer car, very happy

I bought a car on 07/06/2023 it was issues with air conditioner it wasn't working, I have called to service department, to make an appointment they gave me on 28/06 bear in mind its summer it's very hot to drive without air conditioner. One day before booking they have called me to cancel and move to 14/07 another 3 weeks wait!!! How is this fair? Do not buy from this place! They told me the car is working all good but obviously it's not getting even fixed! Avoid this place

I STRONGLY advise buyers to be highly cautious if buying from any RIght car dealership.In my opinion you should never buy a car from them, don't be fooled by their responses on here please contact our customer care blah blah" they dont care and they probably wont even reply.Their salesmen bend the truth to put it lightly and the managers are inept and aggresive when challenged.Ive had nothing but hassle and deception from them

Having a daughter who plays football leaves your car needing some TLC. I had my car valeted at Right Car and can honestly say they've done the best job ever. I'm so pleased with the results. It look brand new.

The sales team were very helpful....unfortunately once i had given them my money I discovered the service team were extremely poor. The service manager delayed repairs to the car even though I had highlighted the problem to them within the first week of buying it. There was a real laxidasical approach towards the problem. The speedometer read 20 to 40 miles above the true speed and the company were quite happy for me to drive the car around despite this. When i complained at the lack of urgency about this to the manager and how it was illegal to drive the car....he said well you're the one driving it". I had only had the car 3 weeks. The attitude from the manager was disgraceful... I asked for my money back and he refused and said "we dont do that" so I went to citizens advice and because I had bought the car within the last 30 days and it was clearly faulty....they were legally obliged to give me a full refund. I eventually got this. Dont buy from them.....you will regret it!"

Second time coming here for a car, this time for my partner, we dealt with mike again who was just as friendly and accommodating as last time. This place really cant do enough for you. They have always looked after me over the last two years as well, we wouldnt look anywhere else now!

ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.Just picked up a new Ford Ranger from Right Car Beverley and once again another excellent and smooth experience.This is now my fourth Ford Ranger from Right Car and I can honestly say I have never had any problems with the Ranger’s and company has always been first class and kept me well informed regarding the progress on the vehicle.Excellent service from start to finish and an absolute pleasure.Looking forward to many more years of motoring with Right Car ltd.ThanksMark.
