Very professional team, great advice on how to use my fire, which fuel to use etc. very tidy and cleared up afterwards. have recommended to my friends and would recommend them without hesitation. Highly Delighted.

Awful man. For his own reason Adam, the director cancelled our installation date, which we booked 4 months in advance, after agreeing that everything is ready for the installation of our fire. He refused to help us or find a reasonable solution to our installation that satisfied both parties. He just informed us he is not doing our installation and cancelled our appointment. He has now left us in a pickle to find someone else last minute. Not very professional.To add further to this review and answering the owners response and to put things correctly we have not asked to do anything illegal or unsafe. This is the incorrect interpretation of Adam. We had asked for help to solve a problem and yet he was very unhelpful and offered no solution. He unprofessionally and coldly cancelled our installation date via texting without any proper communication (example via phone) which would have probably solved all problems including installation of the fire LEGALLY and safely, which was our intentions in the first place!At the end I found Adam VERY DISHONEST. His reply bellow is unfare and a total mythe. I have never ever insisted that fire be placed in any way shape or form illegally or not confirming to the laws of the UK. I have my builders to pledge to that! Adam did not explain things clearly and he did not insist that the power supply placement in question was illegal or dangerous. I suggested that Adam and my electrician to talk together to find a better solution, but he refused. As I attach a screen shot of our text conversation below. I cannot believe that I have to show my texts off my private phone to prove my innocence on a google review. And I take it an offence to be accused to such wrong doings that I certainly did not do to cover your dishonesty. And another dishonest thing I might point out that these other reviews on this page are all written at the same 2-3 weeks ago and were made to up his star rating on this page!How disgraceful!I would think twice to hire this person as your installer if I were you.

Heat Installers did a first class installation, and we are delighted with the results. They installed on the scheduled date, worked hard for a full day and left us with exactly what we ordered. Heat installers gave us solid and impartial advice when we visited their showroom, and they then updated us on progress between their survey and the actual day of installation (and then throughout the installation itself). I found them polite, efficient and tidy workers. Thank you Adam and team - I would not hesitate to recommend them and their work.Mr S Rigby, Cheshire

We had a parkway aspect slimline installed In November and are overwhelmed with the whole experience. From our visit to the showroom right through to the installation by Dermot and his team and the great help recieved by Adam on the home visit we are so happy and would like to say a big thank you to all involved.

Wow, amazing job. As soon as Andy and Dave walked in my home they just got on with taking out my old fireplace , doing the necessary boarding up the hole and making it ready for the new fire to be hung on the wall. A fantastic service, kept it clean and tidy along the way, friendly polite guys and I would recommend to anyone else. Thank you
