Based on the reviews here, I was a little nervous when placing my order however, as their price on an alarm keypad was the cheapest around, I thought I'd give them a go.Unfortunately, as this was my first order with them, I couldn't have a different delivery address to the billing address which is what I had done when placing the order. Within an hour of ordering, I was informed of the issue via emqil. Having used their live chat, the issue was resolved within a few minutes and was back on track.The update system on their site was informative throughout with order updates.I selected a 1 hour time slot delivery. Item arrived within 2 days of placing my order.Please with the item, pleased with the service. What more can I ask for.

Disaster of a Company.As a working locksmith ; I ordered 4 x 3g114 union locks and paid as per the request via bank transfer.A week later I received 4 x union Strongbolt deadlocks (even though the order and picking note stated 4 x 3g114 locks were shipped) - for those who aren't aware - a totally different product with different sizes and dimensions.I contacted admin via the email link as the telephone goes straight to an answer message that cuts you off.I chased twice and got a reply telling me the dimensions of the the product they sent me from Amy/Beki.I replied with photographic evidence of the product they sent with the wrong measurements of width and height and backset, compared to their own webpage of the actual product I ordered and have since then received no response despite chasing 3 times and warning that my last recourse was to leave a bad review to hopefully illicit a response and get the product I actually paid for....Poor on every level.BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !

I have bought from this company in the past. now I intended to do great business. I bought an alarm panel and some components for a customer so that his higher risk is covered. after hearing about 10 days of news where the order stopped, they did not have my VAT number, how is it possible that I ordered several times this year, well passed on 3 days later at home. The alarm panel broke after about 14 days. I have been in contact and they advised me to send the control panel.. but because there is an increased risk, they advised me to order a new one so that it would be there within a few days. I have done the bestwlling and emailed the proof of payment I didn't hear anything for 10 days until that client of mine angrily/oriented asked when I was planning to come I have logged in now my order has stopped why? is out of stockI chatted why stopped this time and didn't let me know etc after chatting for more than 1 to 1.5 hours I managed to cancel it and order another panel with the same motherboard. This panel should be cheaper but I had to pay a little more dab 15 pounds extra no problem zw would send invoice payment info.nothing received again chat yes we sent .but nothing received and no more response. Chatted again this morning pff total over 2 to 3 hours lost. now I don't have an invoice yet, but at least the amount and description for the 15.73 pounds With the question if I send a proof of payment now whether it can be sent immediately, answer no 5 days and then within 72 hours, so with shipping about over 7 to 12 days in my warehouse why as flexible as a concrete post. No one who wants or can or wants to think solution-oriented I strongly advise against this company

The worst company ever..!! Both times I have placed an order and after a week I had to call them why is it taking so long to deliver? And they told me we are out of stock we are waiting from the parts to deliver to their warehouse, #securitywarehouse in this case you let the customer know that you don’t have that item in stock and it mite take longer to receive it, twice I had to reschedule my installation on 2 different jobs because of your poor communication and not letting customers know that you are out of stock , I will never order from this place again..!

Terrible. Avoid. Bad customer communication.Placed an order on the 7/12/23 for a security system, all went though with payment with funds being taken from bank account. Received an email shortly after with an invoice. 5 days later had no communication with regards to dispatching items. I chase up with Live chat to be told it’s still not dispatched and the reason unknown, an email will follow with further information. Following day I receive an email stating the items I have paid for are not actually in stock and do not know when they will arrive. I requested an immediate refund to which I had no reply. 24hrs later still no email to confirm that I had requested a refund or to acknowledge the email was sent. So I had to phone to make sure the cancellation was still going forward to which I was assured it was, but was told the cancellation will be definitely started today.

Order placed on the website, then the following day i was informed the item is not in stock and they have an alternative that is more expensive or I can cancel my order. I inform them I don't want the alternative and to cancel my order, then 4 days later money is taken from my account. I sent an email with no response received. If you attempt to phone its a 0844 number so you will be charged at a premium rate. Hopefully PayPal can help get my money back.------ update 16/08/2023 @16:20 -----Thank you for responding to my review. However, you still haven't responded to my email or the PayPal case, and no refund has been received. It seems unprofessional to only respond to public posts and state that you have issued a refund that hasn't actually happened, according to PayPal. Please can you respond to PayPal and provide a refund ASAP.

Order placed on 25th august 2023No updates about items being out of stock only until i chased up on my order status.Still no update about my goods can’t get hold of anyone raised tickets and emailed no response.Fix up and give people updates if you order is delayed

What a weird company tp deal with. Order placed and paid for a part for a door. They then tell us that they will only deliver to registered office and the order needs to be cancelled. Now awaiting a refund. One to avoid for sure.

Ordered 20 PIR's with swivel brackets, 2 weeks later, 9 turn up with brackets and the remaining 11 have no brackets. Spoken to them twice and fobbed off both times with we have opened a ticktet" Great

Ordered 2 items from their website, only 1 of 2 items arrived, yet packing slip states both were packed. Can't get through on phone, used online chat, someone said they'd email and get back to me, heard nothing. Then raised a ticket, and emailed, nothing! So they've not delivered my item, nor refunded me for it. Awful service!
