I love coming here. It's always a great experience. The venue itself is well designed and always wowed by the flower display in the windows. The staff are all super friendly.I get my hair done by Lucy, who is amazing. She's always listening to my hair goals and plans and offers great advice on how to achieve it.The products used always leave my hair feeling incredible, so much so that I've purchased some for home use. The online system booking is very convenient and allows me to change appointments if needed - as a HoH person, this is great in terms of accessibility.There is parking to the rear of the building, which is very handy, the first hour is free and then it's £1 for another hour.They also have loyalty schemes and after so many visits you get % off, which is an added bonus. Also lovely coffee!

Gemma does my hair and I am super fussy when it comes to my hair. Gemma just gets exactly what I’m looking for every-time I get my hair done. She even shows me how to style it which I love. My daughter also gets her hair trimmed here also and they are super good with her.
