What an absolute joke. They try to deliver and fail. The automation was apparently good. They try again 2 days later. Explicit instructions or drop to pick up point. They leave it outside on a main road.Wow. How thick can people be. Shock horror one of the boxes was missing and their response. What you want us to do?Clowns.

Driver parked in wrong location and posted a sorry we missed you" rather than going to correct place for delivery. 2 hours later I received a voicemail to say the driver was coming back to deliver shortly. 2 hours after that I called and was told the driver could not hear what was being said over the phone but the depot would make sure he was back that day to deliver but it may be up to 6:30. At 5pm I called once more and told no way to be sure the driver would be back today but if he was

I use DPD on pretty much daily basis for my business, and on the most part the company is great and works very well and efficient, not too many problems. HOWEVER, when a problem does occur I can pretty much guarantee it will be if it's being processed by High Wycombe! Deliveries aren't usually an issue, however trying to get collection arranged from this area is an absolute nightmare. I have had 10 collections in High Wycombe area, using DPD, and ALL have failed to be collected on the day arranged, some taking several days before they are collected. It doesn't make my business look very good as I am always having to contact my customers to say DPD won't be coming, after they have waited in for them. It's an absolute shambles - and it has been going on for years. Please pull your finger out, you are letting the DPD brand down!

Awful Company. No way to contact them apart from their awful systems. You drop off a parcel and it doesn't get picked up. Awful service, non existent customer service. Avoid using this courier.

Ordered something that got (or was meant to) delivered by DPD, only to have it say that there was no one home. There was two people in the house that was waiting for the delivery as it had an estimated delivery time.The first delivery they said that there was no one at home - again, two people in the house waiting for the bell to ring. The second time, I changed on the DPD website to leave the parcel at a safe location, and the driver said that THERE WAS NO ONE AT HOME.This company should just close, it would make everything better.

I Don’t normally write bad reviews because I know how harming they can be for a business but if the company isn’t doing anything to improve their service why do we have no choice but to deal with these particularly bad and notorious drivers. This was Hands down the worst delivery driver/experience I’ve ever had in my life. Spoke to multiple neighbours in our new apartment building to see if this was an isolated incident but turns out that the majority not only said it happened all the time but could identify the specific driver by name and company. The driver, Marco, is always like this apparently. I’m sick and tired of waiting in all day for a delivery just for a lazy driver to not even be able to ring a doorbell. Either cut the quota of drops per day to allow the drivers to take more time to be professional or discipline and educate the specific drivers.

8 times I've not received my items they've gone to wrong address even handed my purchases to other people at a completely wrong address haven't received my items always got to now deliver to a pickup point customer service is a joke and the depot really needs to have a word with the drivers who constantly lie

Couriers from this depot are a joke and should be fired immediately. I had to make multiple claims over past few weeks because none of my packages were delivered on time. I have to take a day off at work to stay at home and pick up more important packages, and on multiple occasions I've got notification that courier missed me" despite me waiting at home. Photo from courier attached to notification is always just a black screen from which you cannot tell where he was. Every time I got this notification

I am so frustrated with DPD drivers, specifically with our local driver. He always lies about delivering the parcels, taking the delivery photos from inside his van, or even just driven off without the attempt of delivering (with cctv proof).No one cares or does nothing about it.

One star is too many. Driver asked to put dog away, which I did. He requested to take a picture of the door when my wife asked if the door needed to be open or closed. Driver began shouting at my wife and drove away without delivering the parcel. I will cancel order with Samsung, I never want to work with DPD ever again.
