Ben's Gutters Bristol

Excellent service.Arthur arrived earlier than we had been told-which suited us perfectly. The gutters were well cleaned and a minor repair done as well. Would recommend!

Have used Ben's Gutters for a few years now. They are reasonably priced and very reliable. The gutter cleaners are very polite and hard working. We are always happy with the service we receive and would be happy to recommend Ben's Gutters to others.

I was slightly put off by the slightly cheap looking flyer but checked their web site and was impressed. So I made the cal.. The whole customer experience from initial phone call onwards was seamless and totally painless. On the day, the team kept me abreast of their arrival time and when they did arrive were great - polite, professional, courteous. Follow up billing by the central team and provision of photos taken of our (very inaccessible) gutters pre and post cleaning were a great reassurance of the work done. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Great service and getting a quote was quick and simple over the phone. Our gutter cleaner Bogdan was on time and polite. I would recommend Ben's Gutters and will definitely be using them again.

I used Ben's Gutters for a small gutter repair to a first floor gutter. I was very impressed. He cleaned the gutter and corrected the incorrect installation, done by builders. It has been perfect during recent heavy rain. He arrived on time, was very polite and did a great job. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Edit: I have emailed Ben’s gutters twice and filled out their customer satisfaction survey, but the only reply I have received was on this public review, asking me to contact them again.I paid £197 for the premium service. This was supposed to include clearing out all gutters, washing soffits and fascias, and checking that everything was working.The cleaner was at the house for around 15 minutes, which doesn’t seems like long enough to actually clean out the gutters, and I have no evidence that they did.I was told on the phone that if there was a leak that could be fixed with sealant they would do it on the day for an extra charge. The cleaner told us he couldn’t do it unless we had had no rain for a week. Since I booked 2 days in advance, the person on the phone should have known they couldn’t offer this service.They ripped wires away from my wall and broke the clips that held them in place. They did not mention this and just left it like that.I have emailed twice and received no response.

Booking was very easy and Daniel and Deniss turned up when expected. They had to be flexible as the back of the house is upstairs with no side access and so they had to bring their van a long way round in order to have the ladders to access our rear gutter and conservatory roof. All very clean, although we haven't yet received gutter photos as promised. The front gutter had to be done with the vacuum as it is 3-storeys high. They were polite and flexible and we would have no reservations in recommending them.
