I am delighted with the watch I purchased from Fitzrovia. Although the watch arrived with a tiny blemish which most people would not be bothered about, Chris understood immediately. He is, after all, a fellow watch geek. He and Mel thereafter ensured that the issue was resolved to perfection. I cannot recommend Fitzrovia highly enough.

Chris and Melanie at Fitzrovia watches have been a pleasure to do business with. I have been amazed at the quality of the watches they have provided (effectively new) and they have always provided excellent value for money and quality of service. Nice folks to do business with, no haggling, no hassle just a fair deal. Whilst my experience is not vast and only anecdotal, they have been the best dealers I have bought from and the documentation and sales support that Melanie provides is excellent. I would thoroughly recommending Fitzrovia watches.
