A1 Launderette & Dry Cleaning

Shrank all my clothes then told me I was a liar and had bought them all too small to even wear. I lost out on hundreds of pounds thanks to this place I would rather wear dirty clothes than go there

Please ignore any reviews for this business that are over a year old as it has changed hands .I have used this business for 20 years and the previous owners were honest , reliable and good value.I have taken some items there today and the prices have gone up from £1.50 per item to at least £3.50" per item in the 6 months . Speaks for itself and i will not be going back ..Advertised as closing at 7pm but actually closes at 2.30pm. Very poor service and not what i am used to from this business."

I paid £17 for a large service wash. There was no washing powder put in machine I know this as washing powder has a distinct smell. I went back to total denial all he kept saying he put powder in. I took with me one of the items that was supposedly washed with powder asked the person to smell it he agreed that it did not smell of anything. He then called his brother whom I paid he just lept repeating himself.My advice watch them doing it before you pay .No offer of some money back in fact they did not even try to apologise.

After checking with Google, this launderette should open at 9am, I arrived this morning at 8.55 & waited until 9.15am & still not open, as I was cold I left & thought I would call back later.I did call back at 12.40 & the shutters were up, \7 the lights on but the door was locked, with a hand written sign on the door saying back in 10 minutes. I waited a further 20 minutes but no one showed up!! Obviously do not want any bossiness i won’t bother going back !

Took my £130 coat for a clean, returned without the fur and smelt. My boyfriends north face body warmer came back with a melted zip. Its been 4 days and still no sign of my fur & every time I speak to them about it, they seem to have no idea. Will never go there again. Seems like they don't have a clue what they are doing. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!Will be taking them to court.

Charged for a hot wash no hot water felt ripped off as paid for 2 separate washes £17 disappointed

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANERS.I have been going here for 6 years and in the past year they are under new management.I took a bunch of clothes to get dry cleaned and not only did they not dry clean it properly, the logo of my new Nike jumper also came off.When I messaged them about it they tried to suggest that I had brought it like this. They don’t dry clean it themselves and they give the clothes to a third party.Poor customer services as she was constantly ignoring my calls and messages.They didn’t offer me any refund or compensation to this.One of the worst services I have ever received and it’s sad that after all this time I can never come here again.If I could upload pictures I’d show you guys.Please save misery and don’t come here again.Thank you
