Chrissie Graham Beauty and Skincare

I used Chrissie Graham for a Bio Sculpture gel manicure which included removal of the Bio Sculpture gel I was currently wearing. My usual nail technician who I have been with for a few years and see every 4 weeks is currently on maternity leave but I have worn Bio Sculpture gel for coming on 6 -7 years and have never had any problems with removal of it as it's aways buffed off by any salon I have used. Chrissie soaked my gel off and applied fresh gel which she claims was Bio Sculpture. My appointment took 2 hours and 50 minutes!!! The salon was dimly lit and so I couldn't see the finished product until I got home. I have enclosed photos below. I am so disappointed that my gel manicure which I look forward to every 4 weeks has ended up looking like this! Gel has bubbled on application, a nail has broken 1 day later and gel has started to peel off. My nails have all been filed to different lengths as well. I contacted Chrissie today by WhatsApp and included pictures asking for a refund as I do not wish to waste any more time using her services and will have to go elsewhere to have this mess rectified plus I am unhappy with what my nails look like now. She implied that my previous gel set that I had elsewhere wasn't Bio Sculpture, wasn't on my natural nails but extensions and that I had lied to her about what I had on my nails when making the appointment. She was rude, unhelpful and only offered me a soak off saying my nails had been ruined by previous applications which is completely untrue and inaccurate. She said she was running a business and not a charity and blocked me on WhatsApp and her Facebook business page. I would strongly advise people give this salon" (i use the term loosely) as she clearly isn't qualified well enough in manicures or customer service. A poor service from a small local business who I will definately not recommend or use. Disgraceful!"
