We purchased a used car from this garage in 2023. We were in contact with Jonathan, the salesman, from the start who was always welcoming & friendly. We insisted on buying a car from a garage who had strong positive ratings (lots of people can't be wrong) and the purchase was tied up within 20 minutes of the test drive. Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful & the car was ready & waiting for us after having a fresh MOT etc a few days later. Top marks.

I received very good service from Johnathan and Stuart at ALS Auto's from purchase to collection of used Suzuki Swift. Nothing was too much trouble and I was even picked up at the local train station when collecting my vehicle as I don't live locally. Had to take my wifes car into A.L.S for a service recall appointment today, unfortunately my wife was too ill to drive so we could not take two cars as planned, so when I arrived with the car and asked the two young ladies on reception if there was any possibility of a courtesy car (although they had no previous notice this might be the case) despite the initial answer being we don't think we have one" they did indeed manage to procure a car for which I was (and am) profoundly grateful.I was dealt with professionally and politely throughout (qualities so often lacking in many companies nowadays)

Brilliant place to do business with are Congress purchased from here and has never failed since that point sales technique was not forced every question answered.Highly recommend them good family type run business well worth the visit.

I bought a car from them a year ago and at the time was very happy with Stuart’s service and helpful, non pushy customer service. I told them it was my first car so was not confident with buying but still received professional service that was not condescending at all. Since then I have had no problems with my car, except once- I left the lights on and the battery went flat, so the radio went into security mode and I couldn’t use it as I didn’t have the code. One quick visit later and they sorted it out for me with a smile and no fee. I went back for my MOT last week. From booking the test to after sales I received timely emails, and a follow up to check I was happy. As I bought the car there I received a free car wash. It’s wonderful to have such a great, trustworthy garage close by.

Bought a used car from here a year ago, initially it had a small oil leak, but on examination they replaced the sump and did so with no quibble.I would highly recommend them and definitely buy again.

Stuart was a total pro - I would highly recommend buying a Suzuki from this dealership. Great service from start to finish. Always explained everything clearly and succinctly. Went the extra mile in several instances and finished it off by giving me a quarter tank of petrol.

ALS offer a very good service and look after their customers as well as the cars. Free hot and cold drinks, Wi-Fi and a workstation to use while waiting. All staff are friendly and helpful
