Forever grateful for the First Aid administered by the RNLI staff ,other members of the public, the off duty paramedic and the Taibach ambulance crew who saved our sons life on 20th of August after he suffered a cardiac arrest near the Station.

We are so lucky to have the RNLI Volunteers, Many country's have nothing. Watch them train on the beach, sea and even in the air sometimes thanks to the Sea King Helicopter.

A lovely little shop, attached to the RNLI building, right on the slipway at Aberafan. Run by very friendly and pleasant volunteers, there are lots of gifts to choose from, or you can simply donate to this very important and worthy organisation.
