Had installed about 10 days ago. Carl and Steve worked so hard. Kept me informed about what was happening and not even two hours later the installation was finished. Carl explained how the lift worked and I had to try to make sure that I was happy with everything. . Can't thank Colin, Carl and Steve enough. Excellent customer service.Speedy repair to the mobility scooter.This is the second time that l have used their repair service. Their costs are very reasonable and you can drop off and pick up at the shops in St Helens and Widnes. There is no charge for this. The shop assistants are very helpful.

We hired a scooter for a few days but it kept breaking down but when we took it back we had a full refund I surpose these things happen staff were very understanding would go back

I have recently taken delivery of a new friction drive stair lift :The product and price charged are unbeatable The installation was carried out in a speedy and efficient manner by two engineers who were competent pleasant and extremely tidy. Absolutely lovely staff, will help you as much as they can with all your queries and problems. The Widnes showroom is also dog friendly, which is brilliant for myself, my dog loves coming into the showroom, to get loads of attention and cuddles of the staff!! Just a lovely environment to be in!

Called the shop to get the arm of my scooter repaired or replaced. They fully understood the situation and knew somebody who could help. The charged me a very reasonable, affordable price and I've just had it delivered today. I am so pleased with the job. I highly recommend Aline Mobility, their staff are courteous and professional and do their utmost to help, thank you.
