Who are these idiots? I've been receiving calls on a phone number I didn't have when I lived at a previous address they have quoted. I haven't live their for 3 years! Now I've received a letter asking me to contact them. I'm going to the police as I've had a lot of fraud in the last 18 months. I've no debt or debts so this is a scam...

Have tried calling this company umpteen times now as it appears my debt has been bought by them. Every time (given their office hours are supposed 8am-8pm, the message tells me to call back as I'm calling after they are closed - each time I've called has been during those working hours. Appalling.

Debt collection company,They buy debt from other companies, usuraly banks and then chase you for the money. Is it legal - yesDo they some times get the wrong person/ number - yesWill they chase a debt thats status barred (over 7 years of no payment) - yes they legaly are allowed to ask, but they can not ask a court to enforce it.Are they allowed to call you 3 times a day - Yes, sadly they are,How did they get your number - they recieve their contact info numbers from credit line or who ever owned the debt origionaly.I told them they have the wrong number but they still keep calling - you need to explain whats going on, let them know the person they are calling isn't there, they will do a credit search (doesn't effect credit score)What can they legaly do - They can get a court order to collect the debt from your employer/ benefits, best thing is to just talk to them and try to work out :1. Why they called you?2. is it you they are looking for?3. Do you owe the money? - they send information in regards to the debt if you are the one owing" it

Raving reveiws!Had calls and texts from this company, they asked my name and other personal details to pass there security and when I challenged them they refused to say from what company or amount owed until i pass there process!!I do not give my details out randomly over the phone and would advise others the same.A private company has no authority to enter your home and take anything, however they can ruin your credit rating sadly.1 star given as i cannot give a fat zero.

Had a debt apparently sold on by Barclay card. I have a current Barclay card and am paying my dues. Been getting persistent phone calls and letters which I have ignored. I called them to day as the phone calls are getting annoying. When I explained this debt is not mine they came up with a list of other credit cards it might. Seems like SCAM to me so told them I was ending call and did not want any further contact from them. Touch and Barge Pole are words that spring to mind.

I got home from work and received a letter from this company. It was for a debt of £1800. At first I went into a panic and went onto google straight away to search the company. Most of the reviews were bad, about it being a scam etc. After all the panic, I called the company and gave the reference number, my name and my address. I did not give any of my personal details and asked what is the letter is about and what the debt was for. The guy said it was with regards to a loan and that I had a joint account with someone with the same surname. I said I have never taken out a loan and do not share a joint account with anyone. In the end, it was resolved as mistaken identity and the guy on the phone has taken my name and details off the database. If you do get the letter and you are not sure, just give them a call and explain!

Received out of the blue emails telling me I had a debt of nearly £5000 with HSBC. I did not have a debt with HSBC. Contacted this company asking that they send details of this debt and proof i owed it. Never heard another thing from them. They buy statute barred debts and ones that have been repayed long time previous. Scammers plain and simple. Beware of them. Quite how they are FCA approved I'll never know.

I called them to simply change bank details and was subject to harassment and a request for all my personal details which they claim not to have an yet they continue to send email write letters , send texts and call, All despite the account being faithfully up to date.I've now been on hold for 12 minutes whilst some guy speaks to his boss to make sure I'm allowed to change banks . A very painful experience indeed.

DO NOT answer there calls let alone confirm details or give them a penny of your hard earned cash! Disgusting company need shutting down! Number blocked :)

Contacted me repeatedly (and I mean repeatedly!) for a debt I don't owe, even after a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. They admit it's a case of mistaken identity but they will not stop. These people are scammers - I recommend ignoring any letters you receive from them and contacting the Citizen's Advice Bureau.
