Great service and friendly helpful staff from start to finish. Mark and Bob made the entire process smooth and easy from organising the viewing of a property (during a pandemic) to handing over the keys. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and have even been extremely helpful and responsive to queries after we have got the keys. I would definitely recommend Eltze Estates.

Bob and his team were very responsive and professional and rented out my apartment very quickly. The online video and photos were of the highest quality and no doubt were responsible for the quick letting. Would really recommend Elize Estates for both property sales and lettings as I will certainly be using them again.

We had a great experience, buying our property from the team at Eltez estates. Both Mark and Bob responded to all our telephone calls and emails promptly.They worked really well with our solicitor and mortgage broker.The process was fast and easy and helped us beat the stamp duty deadline!I would, definitely recommend Eltze estate's for buying or selling your property!

I have had my house in North Park managed for five years by Laurie, Bob and Jo and i couldn't recommend them more highly. They dealt with my tenants brilliantly and nothing was a problem. Their recommendations for tradesmen were always of the highest standard.When it came to selling the property ,they made the process painless. I have had both a lucrative and problem free experience working with Eltze Estates. Very highly recommended , five star service.

Eltze were the only estate agents to recommend a sensible sale price for my mother’s house following her death in March. The other 2 agent’s prices were really out of line considering market conditions at the time. Despite 2 offers falling through a cash buyer was found offering a realistic price and the sale went through without any problems. We would recommend Bob Eltze to deal with any property sales

He ensured that the sale went smoothly and in a timely fashion to the point he made extra effort on chasing up vendor's solicitors to escalate the sale. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. Eltze is an exceptional estate agent. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always ready to help. We rented a property from Eltze for nearly 2 years and couldn't ask for a better service. Our emails were answered immediately, any issues resolved promptly and as we decided to move to a different area they offered us much needed support during that stressful time. We couldn't be possibly more impressed and we only wish our current estate agent was anywhere near as good as Eltze was. Other agents should take an example from you!
