cant book an appointment as they always say line too busy ring back, never been successful getting through!

Shocking telephone service when called to rearrange appointment, had to do this at least six times! Woman was rude, huffing and puffing that I was seeking assistance. Asked her name and she put the phone down on me, clearly not suitable for the job. Disgusting service for what should be straightforward. I know the NHS are under pressure and struggling in many ways but rudeness is not necessary.

I received a letter to ask me to book a breast screening appointment and I have repeatedly phoned and been held on a line that every few seconds tells you the line is busy, it’s so irritating. Why isn’t there a facility to book online or leave a message. I have had breast cancer surgery and radiotherapy and not being able to book for screening raises anxiety and some people will slip through the net because of the inability to make an appointment.
